09/05/2025: Here the boss cooks personally. Actually, this location should be kept secret. On the first day of our vacation we were warmly welcomed and cooked for. We arrived without a reservation at an untypical early evening time for locals. After a lovely local starter we were treated to a pasta dish Orecchiette rewarded. Plus a regional organic rosé. A perfect start to your vacation. Thanks!

21/06/2025: Amazing restaurant ( one of best in monopoli). The pizza is AMAZING and their assassina is also very good. Service is fast and waiters and staff are polite. Has both outdoor and indoor seating. Just be sure to have a reservation because it gets busy and wait times can be long

The family-run restaurant offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The cuisine offers traditional Apulian dishes prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. I particularly appreciated the seafood appetizers and the pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven, light and well seasoned. The menu changes frequently, always offering new specialties to try. The service was impeccable: the staff is courteous, helpful and ready to recommend the dishes of the day. The quality-price ratio is excellent, making this restaurant an ideal choice for a dinner with family or friends. 08/06/2025: Dopo una ricerca su bari di una braceria, abbiamo scoperto Braceria da Gino. Perché ritornarci? Qualità della carne superlativa Poi la signora che è dietro al bancone è sorridente e molto a modo,persona squisita come la carne. Ultimo motivo ,ma non meno importante è Graziana,una ragazza che a mio modesto giudizio ti fa sentire subito a casa , sempre presente e serviziovele ,mai perdendo la calma ,anzi. Giovanissima collaboratrice che fa la differenza a questo locale.Complimenti

03/06/2025: Sono stata in questa location a cena per un evento, era la terza volta e francamente le prime due volte sono rimasta molto soddisfatta a differenza di quest' ultima volta che sono rimasta molto molto delusa. Siamo stati serviti tardissimo, eravamo pronti tutti seduti alle ore 21.45 ma alle 22.30 avevano servito solo due portate di antipasti, che tra l'altro sono stati pochissimi sia come numero di portate che come quantità,tant'è che dovevano chiedere noi di portarci dei piatti in più in quanto qualcuno non le aveva degustate. Orecchiette dure e insipide per non parlare della carne, bastoncini di carne secchi e duri presentati nel piatto senza un minimo di estetica con accanto qualche pomodorino tagliato e un ciuffo di formaggio grana secco. Frutta tagliata in maniera grossolana e messa nel piatto in maniera disordinata. La quantità della torta era risicata tant'è che vedendola ci siamo chiesti se sarebbe bastata per tutti ed infatti i pezzi di torta erano microbici. È stata una delusione sia il menù che la presentazione dei piatti. Posso affermare questo in quanto tra le prime due volte che sono stata in questo ristorante e quest'ultima la differenza è stata abissale. E il prezzo pagato non è stato per nulla economico. Dispiace per la cattiva riuscita dell'evento e spero migliorino e non peggiorino sempre più.

01/06/2025: Bad experience, frozen tiella, brought back, brought back in smaller quantity, baby octopus in stew: brought n. 1 baby octopus mutti sauce. I don't know what happened in the kitchen.... After our complaints he gave us a discount. I hope for a total improvement

02/06/2025: The real pizza in the Molfetta style, the one that for those who live far away is one of the reasons to return to Molfetta. The goodness of the pizza is second only to the friendliness and courtesy of the owners. Even the tables for those who want to eat it on the spot, are real tables with real chairs and allow you to enjoy the pizza and beer in the grace of God.

02/06/2025: Panzerotto cooked in a wood oven very good. Pizza margherita very good. Everything very digestible. Simple place, easy going. Ate on the spot. I will be back!
