The real added value was the owner: William, extremely kind, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about his work. He carefully explained each dish to us and recommended pizzas and an off-menu tagliata, perfectly matching our tastes. You can feel the attention to detail and the quality of the dishes. 16/02/2026: Fantastic experience. We ate excellently. Recommended by the owner, we ordered orecchiette with turnip greens and spaghetti with olives, capers, and cherry tomatoes. Truly spectacular. The tagliata steak was also excellent. The service was attentive and professional. The girls were very kind.
