Excellent quality products, with a special mention for the rotisserie chicken, the restaurant's true highlight. The large wood-fired rotisserie really makes a difference: the cooking enhances the flavors, and the chicken is tender, juicy, and never dry. The baked potatoes are also excellent. The restaurant is welcoming and well-kept. An added bonus is Pasquale, the owner, who is extremely helpful, kind, and attentive to his customers. Fair prices, high quality, and great customer service: a place definitely worth trying.

We were brought by some friends who are regular customers at Marchicken Corato. Their distinctive feature is the spit-roasted chicken cooked over wood, the best we've tasted in Puglia.

Some friends brought us who are regular customers of mrchickencoraro We appreciated the service, the food, and the atmosphere. The menu is extensive, but the wood-fired rotisserie is what sets it apart.

08/06/2026: We were there for a wedding. A historic Masseria, a fortified medieval village of great presence and charm. The celebration in the vineyard was evocative, with a sweeping view of the valley. The table setting was original and inspired by the local area and nature. They efficiently and expertly managed the impressive number of over 150 people. The food was truly superior, with numerous appetizers, some freshly prepared (the grilled octopus was excellent, along with mozzarella, cheeses, and cured meats of all kinds, fava bean and chicory puree, sausages, focaccia, grilled and fresh vegetables, etc.). We then continued with a delicious beet risotto, the meat was like butter. The bonanotte, the mini pastries, and the wedding cake, before arriving at the rum with extra dark chocolate shavings.

26/10/2025: A nice establishment, but very out of the way. So much so that, at one point, I thought of the movie "All We Have to Do Is Cry." However, it's ideal for those who want to escape, shake off the stresses of everyday life, and recharge. The owner is kind and attentive, and the staff is young, professional, and motivated. Very welcome. The meal was superior to that of a farmhouse. If I had to comment, they could have avoided having animals in the dining room.
