The alleyway was tastefully decorated, and I loved the location. Two pizzas and a salad were served quickly. The servers were excellent and offered great advice. I'm taking off one star because my enthusiasm waned a bit when I went to pay the bill and the owner answered my mobile phone without a word or even a glance. Luckily, not all the servers are like her. Kudos to them; the service was excellent.

The location is simply enchanting, a perfect blend of Apulian tradition and artistic and curious details. The stone walls, barrel vaults, and period furnishings create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's like stepping back in time! There are so many details to admire, from the old suitcases and bags hanging on the walls, which add a touch of authenticity and cheerfulness. We tried several specialties and were impressed by the lightness and digestibility of the dough, the result of a slow and expert leavening. The pizzas are truly delicious, made with fresh, quality ingredients. We loved both the version with fresh vegetables, both presented invitingly on colorful plates. The service was attentive and friendly, making our evening even more enjoyable. "Casa Pinto" is a true hidden gem in Locorotondo, a culinary and visual experience I highly recommend to everyone!

And if you weren't planning to go... well, now you have a pretty good reason. The food is absolutely delicious, made with fresh local ingredients and giving you the real Italian experience. And when I say "real Italian experience", I'm not talking about fancy, expensive food served with tiny portions. I'm talking about the kind of meal you'd happily have at your Nonna's house: fresh, incredibly tasty, healthy, generous, and made with love. You can taste the simplicity, the passion, and the respect for the region in every single bite. The same goes for the drinks. Everything feels carefully chosen to give you an authentic taste of Italy. And then there's the service. From the moment you walk in, the team makes you feel like you're at home. Warm, genuine, and welcoming, they're the kind of people who make you want to stay for just one more drink... and then another. Honestly, what more could you ask for?
26/06/2026: Anyone in the Locorotondo area needs to visit this bistro. The service is super nice, very charming, and the food is surprisingly incredible. It's the kind of place you don't want to leave. I highly recommend the pasta with bresaola and pistachio.

08/08/2026: Top-notch pizza with top-quality ingredients, reasonable prices, and reasonable wait times. The staff was incredibly friendly, including the owner, Mr. Umberto, who even gave us a great discount. I'll definitely be back! I highly recommend it!
