To gain entry, you need to call the number provided at the entrance (then you'll receive your keys). From the outside, the castle looks rather eerie – a neglected parking lot and garden area. Inside, there's a striking smell from the oils on display. The first impression is poor, but the staff are friendly and helpful. It's very clean, with thorough cleaning daily, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. Ample free parking. Comfortable beds! We were surprised by the "packed lunch" instead of the typical continental breakfast, but that's probably just a matter of getting used to it. Overall, despite the average first impression, our multi-day stay turned out to be very pleasant.
