Endless sweetness... the coffee with a spoonful of chocolate is excellent.

Nothing special...the staff was very tense. The ice cream was small in quantity and made too haphazardly. I thought it would be better.

The ice cream isn't great. Today, April 12th, we stopped for another tasting (the first ice cream of 2026 here), and given the mild temperature, there was a decent turnout. Service at the checkout counters was fairly quick, given that there were only two open, but the ice cream line was more problematic, as there wasn't a queue management system and some sneaky people always got ahead of the others. There was only one girl serving the ice creams and another serving the chocolates (not much compared to the checkout counters). As for the flavors, they weren't very varied (as you can see from the photos), but they were good quality. The price was higher than average for artisanal ice creams, some of which were definitely tastier in my opinion and cost less. I then looked at the discounted items on sale horizontally, and despite the 50 percent discount, the prices were significantly higher than average. For example, the red pralines—the round ones, to be precise—cost 19.90 for two packages, the same ones I paid 6.90 each at the supermarket. I don't understand why a specialized shop/business is more expensive than a supermarket.

A riot of chocolate, you can't leave without having at least a coffee with a chocolate spoon.

Good morning, I made a purchase and couldn't pay with my Intesa San Paolo debit card. The cashier told me that this method isn't supported with the new debit cards. I'm wondering how this is possible. Am I the only one experiencing this problem with yours, so should I change my bank or card? Thanks in advance to anyone who can provide me with feedback.
