29/12/2025: We happened upon this place by chance with a group of friends after a lovely tour of the trulli. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, Francesco, who, with great warmth and knowledge, recommended a good Primitivo wine (we ended up drinking three bottles). The appetizers (fritters, pickled vegetables, cheeses, salami, and capocollo from Martina Franca) were all excellent. So if you want to drink good wine in a nice place accompanied by delicious appetizers, Paco Wines is the place to go.

08/12/2025: We immediately felt at ease. Francesco welcomed us with professionalism, expertise, and friendliness. He was able to understand and fulfill our every wish, both in terms of wine and food. The quality of the ingredients and the variety of choices are excellent, so I can only highly recommend him. Thank you, Francesco! We'll be back soon and bring our other friends too!

31/12/2025: The carbonara was just okay, but the appetizers really stood out—especially the octopus herb frittata and the vegetable herb frittata. The staff were amazing: incredibly kind and friendly throughout the meal. We ordered the steak as well, which was pretty good. For dessert, we had the tiramisu and chocolate soufflé, and both were great, with the tiramisu being the clear standout.

Antonella in the dining room is simply impeccable: welcoming, professional, attentive to every detail. She makes you feel like a guest, not a customer. What's truly striking is the perfect balance between: • absolute quality of the ingredients • true professionalism • authentic atmosphere • attentive but never intrusive service You can clearly sense that behind this place are years of experience, passion, and dedication. From the food to the customer service and the kindness of the staff, we tried the "il bacio" tasting option and the portions were generous and the quality excellent, especially the tartare and wild boar ragù. Plus, at the end of the meal, they always take a Polaroid and give it as a gift with a personalized dedication—a wonderful, original idea! I highly recommend this place, especially for special occasions. Young people deserve it! Thank you so much, and we'll definitely be back soon!

06/04/2026: The food at this family-run restaurant is excellent, and the service was delightful. It's one of the best places I've eaten because the kitchen is talented and they use excellent ingredients (especially for cheese lovers like me). The service was very pleasant, thanks to the owner's friendliness and also because they accept a limited number of reservations, ensuring attentive, prompt service. Even the kids (who don't usually enjoy elaborate dishes) enjoyed it. We found scratch-free parking on a side street a block away.

03/01/2026: At Nino's, you feel right at home. We were warmly welcomed by the chef and owner. Nino gave us excellent advice and recommended fresh catches, which is not to be underestimated during the Christmas season, as the boats leave less frequently. At the end of the dinner, we enjoyed his personal digestifs: a delightful tour of flavors. Highly recommended! An experience to treat yourself to and...to repeat!!!

10/02/2026: The best pizza I've ever eaten in my life... the owner still rolls out the dough by hand, something that is rare to see in the new generations... the appetizers are many and all of the highest quality. So if you want to spend a nice evening, in a welcoming place, with good food, and find true professionals in the restaurant business, this is the right place.

05/04/2026: Here we ate the best pasta with gorgonzola and walnuts, in a very pleasant atmosphere. The hosts are kind and friendly, they offered us limoncello and meloncello, which were delicious, plus pasca made by them, for the family meal. They received us at a rather late hour and waited for us without rushing us, we talked and joked. Everything was very pleasant.

05/04/2026: The best pizza in Bari!! The ingredients are very good quality, pizza is perfectly done and the athmosphere is so cosy and welcoming. Also the red wine was amazing! We ate firs time here today but we will come back multiple times while in Bari. Thank you so much!
