04/06/2025: If I could give more stars I would! Francesco and his colleagues will make your stay in the wine cellar a true happening. When you enter you are greeted with a lot of joy and immediately feel welcome. The wine tasting (1/2 or full glasses) is a great way of tasting many different local wines for a good price. All products are local, and the quality of both the wines as well as the food is amazing. I would for sure recommend the cold cut and cheese platter, it comes with amazingly beautiful bread and will be a great lunch to share. The wines are great, Francesco has a lot of knowledge and will cater to your every need and preference. Don't forget to bring some wine, olive oil or other products back home to enjoy! Francesco, you and your colleague are a true master of hospitality and a great example of Italian passion for food, wine and people.

08/06/2025: This Michelin restaurant was recommended by the owner of our lodging. We arrived in Bari rather late and decided to do ala carte (the preset menu would be my recommendation). We were lucky that they allowed us to come in near to their closing time. We started with Sea bream tartare with guacamole, caviar and herb (highly recommended). Cappellacci with prawn, sheep ricottas and truffle was fresh and flavorful. Risotto with pork and ricotta cheese was good even though was not as special as the Cappellacci. Btw they gave us complementary various apulian pettole and appetizers. This is a must visit when you are in Bari

05/05/2025: We were welcomed warmly by the owner. The atmosphere was very comfortable with an intimate setting. The spritz were delicious, as were the entrees of trout salad and grilled tuna. The tuna dish was one of the best I’ve ever enjoyed. Desserts were delightful. Vegan options were available. We are from the Mississippi Gulf Coast where grilled tuna and trout dishes are a mainstay and these were exceptional. The Chef visited our table and Hostess/Owner was very gracious. 25/05/2025: Worth a visit and maybe even more than one... we had a selection of appetizers and desserts... very high level. Original dishes with good planning and equally good execution. The location is very well looked after... Parisian bistro style. Attentive but not suffocating service. Drank a glass of excellent sauvignon. What can I say... if I return to Mola di Bari I will return to taste the first and second courses...

21/05/2025: Some of the most incredible food I've had in Italy. Its a true small gem serving fresh food from sea to table. We felt like it was home. A light breeze, a small kitchen, attentive staff, and most importantly, delicious hit after hit. We had the Pasatvri white wine, the squid tagliatelle, spaghetti with green beans pesto, and the cheese stuffed pasta with shrimp! LFG!

18/06/2025: The bar was very cool and the atmosphere is really nice. The cocktails was amazing, different and personalised. The bartender is very good and know how to make you feel special. I recommend it.

15/05/2025: If you are looking for a restaurant where you can be pampered by the staff with excellent dishes, this is the one for you. The resourcefulness and above all the PASSION of two brothers make the experience of a simple dinner during the week like that of one with great expectations. SPOILER: it's even better. Emanuel is one of the two brothers who takes care of the room and the customers, very nice and we even often exchanged a few laughs when he served us. The environment in the evening has the right light and good music for those looking for quiet and good food. Final Polaroid with dedication. We will definitely return

31/05/2025: Source of superlative food of excellent quality and kind, fast and courteous service, you are accompanied throughout the evening in an extremely elegant, friendly environment by absolutely shitty music that ruins everything else. The advice is to change the music selection because twice we were guests of an extraordinary environment, in almost everything except the music that is a punch in the stomach

26/05/2025: Il nome del locale è già una promessa: qui si parla piano davvero, perché a fare rumore – in senso buono – sono la cura per i dettagli, la qualità dei piatti e l’atmosfera rilassante. Il personale, e in particolare Gió (Giuseppe), è attento, cordiale ma mai invadente. Ogni portata è stata una piccola sorpresa, ben presentata e ricca di sapore, con abbinamenti mai scontati. Il calice di vino, servito in un bicchiere elegantemente inciso con il nome del ristorante, ha accompagnato la serata con delicatezza. L’ambiente è raffinato, con luci morbide e arredi scelti con gusto: tutto contribuisce a creare un luogo dove il tempo sembra rallentare. Consigliamo Parla Piano a chi cerca una pausa dalla frenesia quotidiana e desidera concedersi un momento di autentico piacere, tra buon cibo e atmosfera raccolta. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Found by chance on an evening in early June, in an alley in Mola di Bari, dining here was a real experience! Ignore the menu and trust the chef, his candor and kindness will win you over. Excellent dishes and exceptional fish, all simple and genuine. Unmissable! Thank you!
