02/01/2025: The restaurant has a very nice interior, the staff is highly trained and highly experienced, as can also be seen from the absence of young waiters (absolutely nothing against it, however it is easier to make mistakes if you don't know the job well), the pizza is excellent and the menu has a wide choice, I went there twice and on both occasions the pizza was well above expectations, highly recommended.

05/01/2025: Nice interior design and helpful staff. High prices and small portions. The dishes were not so much tasty, overall we were not satisfied with the visit and left a bit hungry and with a feeling that we've overpaid. After the restaurant owners' response, I'm adding some information: No, I didn't "remember" about review of the restaurant today. I wrote it in my notes right after my visit, but now I found time to add it to Google Maps, just like the reviews from other places I visited during my trip to Italy. I realize that if I order 100g of shrimp, I won't eat 200g of them, and Italy is no exception, it's the same in other countries. Nothing new. However, it doesn't change the fact that the dishes were not tasty and definitely too expensive as for the offered quality. A good host would probably consider a comment like that, apologize, and invite back (what is common when something is not ok), instead of writing unpleasant comments. Best regards.

04/01/2025: We came for family dinner. The dinner was spectacular, I have rarely eaten so well! I called chef Maximo to the table to congratulate, he is truly an artist. Thanks to Lily for being so welcoming and helpful. Absolutely recommended!!

02/12/2024: Looking for a place to eat in Molfetta is certainly not impossible. You rely on hearsay, direct advice or search online. We don't lack sources, but we decided to choose the third option and we were attracted by "Ciambotto". We defined it as a Risto-Gastro-Pub so as not to be inferior to its name. Place run by promising young people for the culinary ideas put into play. Basically with a gastronomic bent oriented towards seafood proposals, you can indulge yourself with appetizers, seafood, fried foods, tartare and sandwiches. Always with a spirit of curiosity, we were attracted by the weekend menu, subject to the changeability of the period, from which it is possible to choose, for each section, one of the dishes proposed by the chef. Since there are no number constraints for the dishes chosen, as they can also be selected for a single person, the tempting idea was to order different dishes to allow shared tastings. We started with the appetizers, Bari-style tuna tartare flavored with dry spices and placed on a base of rocket on which they dropped flakes of parmesan and aubergine parmigiana pie with chopped octopus ragù and tomato pulp. First Troccoli with delicate mussel cream garnished with crunchy onions and cannelloni filled with octopus ragù and pecorino fondue. For the second course, prawns au gratin with a crumble of quality taralli arranged on a bed of stewed turnips and accompanied by dried tomato pâté and mixed frying. To accompany the meal, glasses of “Cerasuolo”. To end on a high note, sorbet, fruit and a glass of limoncello. Kind and attentive service. At this point, I think we can only add: well done!

06/01/2025: We went to La Finestra sul Cielo on Epiphany day. I'll start by saying that the restaurant is really very beautiful; our table was located in front of a huge window overlooking the Mottola viewpoint. The food was of excellent quality, everything was extremely enjoyable, from the starter to the dessert. But what struck us most, in addition to the quality of the raw material, was the price; there were six of us and we ordered: 1 mixed seafood and land starter per person, 1 first course per person, 3 second courses, 1 dessert per person, 2 bottles of wine and several bottles of water and we only paid €50 per person! We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back very soon. Congratulations to all the staff for the passion they have for their work which the customer can feel through every dish they taste and a special mention for Vanessa who served us throughout the lunch, very friendly and kind.
