Excellent restaurant overlooking the Murgia Valley... the food is excellent.

I instinctively chose Casa Scesciola from five places recommended by a friend. I was drawn to the warm, rustic atmosphere. The food has a traditional flavor. The staff is professional and knowledgeable: knowledgeable and friendly. The service is fast and efficient. The rating is more than excellent! We'll be back!

Casa Scesciola is a hidden gem among the alleys of Minervino Murge. It's a restaurant with a very quiet, almost intimate atmosphere, offering traditional Minervino cuisine revisited by young Chef Rosario (who, I think, could teach even the most "famous" chefs a thing or two). I thoroughly explored the menu, from appetizers to dessert... everything was amazing, with excellent ingredients, top-quality pasta, meat, and cheeses, and an excellent wine list. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices are more than fair for the quality offered. Sunday lunch with friends. Highlighting local products, everything was excellent, and the service was impeccable. A culinary experience worth repeating.

An excellent lunch in an unexpected location. They stand out from other local restaurants both in terms of ambiance and cuisine. For us, coming from outside the region, understanding each dish, its history, and its ingredients, was a great way to better appreciate what we ate. Food is also culture. A small, romantic, welcoming restaurant with extremely friendly staff. The food is top-quality, with authentic local flavors. Excellent service with wonderful staff: one young lady was very kind in giving my nieces a piece of paper and some crayons to entertain them, and even took the time to put a cushion on their chair. A young man was so kind, he asked us at the end if everything was to our liking. Beyond the good food, it's also the hospitality that makes a place special, and yours is just that. Congratulations, we'll be back.

A lovely and welcoming place, friendly staff, and super-fast service. A pleasant journey through the flavors of Puglia and beyond. Everything was delicious. The view of the Murgia Mountains provides the perfect backdrop for this enchanting culinary experience.

A quaint restaurant in the charming historic center of Minervino Murge, from which it takes its name. Excellent cuisine, excellent service, and excellent value. We'll definitely return to try other dishes. Highly recommended.
