09/12/2024: I would like to compliment this farm: I don't eat meat and cheese and those who booked didn't remember to notify. The staff immediately set out to provide me with an alternative that was almost identical to the other diners by not including lactose and meat. Really compliments. Excellent waiter service, delicious food and a quiet and peaceful location despite the many people at lunch.

04/01/2025: Dishes proposed by this restaurant were really good and tasty, the room is pleasant and desserts were awesome, only 2 available in January 😅. We had however to wait opening for 20mn but it was worthed it. Check prices if your budget is limited.

06/11/2024: Qualità del Cibo e cortesia sono di casa da nonno Tore. Menù a prezzo fisso compreso di antipasti,primo,secondo,contorno dolce, acqua,vino buono e spremuta di melograno eccezionale. Il tutto a €40,00/persona. Mi sembra onesto e in linea con altri ristoranti del posto. Cibo comunque della tradizione pugliese e ben preparato. Sicuramente da consigliare.

06/01/2025: Excellent from every point of view. Authentic, excellent and generous cuisine. Excellent, varied and tasty ingredients. The best plancha of my life, quite simply. Accompanied by excellent wines (Primitivo, Sussu Maniello, Malvasia Rosso) of top quality. The set is extremely reasonably priced. To top it off: excellent music (with excellent sound!)… Italian-American crooners from the 60s, The Doors, The Rolling Stones, Queen, Talking Heads… A smiling, discreet and efficient service. Wine advice. A very pleasant setting. Everything seems to be masterfully managed by a perfectionist and humble boss, who respects his customers and employees. I promise that I am neither a relative nor a friend of the house: I fell under the spell and I recommend this establishment with enthusiasm!

28/12/2024: Ate at this restaurant chosen based on the reviews. Delicious food, meat and fish cooked to perfection as well as a selection of notable wines. The girl knows and applies the discounts and payment methods of the fork perfectly, which is not to be taken for granted. Well done! However, air circulation needs to be improved as there is a strong smell of food in the room.

15/01/2025: We went for lunch today. Excellent restaurant at the entrance to the historic center of Cisternino, refined and at the same time informal. The homemade orecchiette are excellent. The rabbit from the Itria valley with fennel is unmissable. Impeccable and discreet service.
