11/03/2025: Non sono solito fare recensioni, ho scaricato app e fatto registrazione apposta per fare la recensione. Abbiamo trovato questo ristorante su tripadvisor in base alla recensioni. Ho prenotato per telefono. Inutile dire che quando siamo arrivati lì siamo stati accolti con grandissima gentilezza. Abbiamo preso misto fritto, crudo e mozzarella, delle bruschette gourmet buonissime che forse neanche nella mia zona (Bari) sanno fare così buone, e delle pizze veramente veramente buonissime. Non sapevamo più dove mettere il cibo nello stomaco 😂 ci sono stati offerti due sorbetti dalla ragazza che ha preso l’ordinazione e dopo il pagamento il titolare e la sua gentilissima signora, mi hanno offerto un amaro del capo rigorosamente ghiacciato, ovvero esattamente come va servito. Consiglio ad occhi chiusi questo posto ragazzi, e se vi dico quanto ho pagato non ci crederete. Dalla zona di Bari con quanto ho pagato avrei preso a malapena due pizze e le bevande. Un giorno se dovessi tornare da queste zone, ci ritornerei ad occhi chiusi. UN’ATTIVITÀ CHE MERITA 🔝

10/03/2025: Nice family run place. The staff is friendly and helpful and the service is fast and punctual. The pizzas are delicious and the menu offers a wide choice of flavors and combinations. The desserts are also good! The venue is easily accessible, with the possibility of parking in the immediate vicinity and is not far from the Andromeda cinema. If you are in Brindisi, and you want a valid alternative to the clubs in the centre, I highly recommend it... you won't regret it and, like us, you will return.😉

22/03/2025: Arroganza. Mi chiedo come sia possibile rovinare il lavoro, sicuramente apprezzabile della cucina, con un servizio di sala arrogante e supponente. Che ci sia uno chef capace ed una buona materia prima ( in puglia non è così difficile coniugare le due cose), non autorizza il personale di sala ad avere un atteggiamento arrogante con chi dovrà poi pagare conti di una certa consistenza. Solo a titolo di esempio, ricordo che il responsabile di sala non può battibeccare con il cliente, mediamente avveduto che contesti la correttezza di un piatto. In caso di controversia, al limite, si può interpellare direttamente lo chef, ma la regola assoluta è che il cliente ha sempre ragione, specie sulle contestazioni basilari. Un vero peccato. Questo il limite di chi pensa di essere arrivato e di poter prescindere ormai dal giudizio dei clienti.

22/03/2025: Reservation confirmed for 9:00 pm. Arriving at that time we were told to wait 5-10 minutes for the table to be freed. 40 minutes passed, after several reminders, the fateful table still had not been freed. In the meantime, a table of 4 people became free and they decided to seat a couple who had arrived even after us (perhaps because they knew a waitress with whom they had chatted before sitting down). The service and the constant teasing were shameful. We were their customers but after tonight never again.

14/02/2025: I had the pleasure of having lunch at L'Osteria and I was really satisfied! The dishes are plentiful and tasty. The generous portions satisfy even the most demanding palates, and all at truly affordable prices. An excellent quality-price ratio that makes the experience even more pleasant. The staff is friendly and attentive, the environment welcoming and familiar. I will definitely be back!

11/04/2025: Good restaurant with very nice service. Pasta with tuna very tasty. Carbonara seemed a bit too dry to me. Pizza rich in ingredients, on thin, crispy dough. At the end, together with the bill, we received a glass of limoncello :)

10/04/2025: In the evening, despite the queue at the entrance, the staff found us a table very quickly. From the moment of ordering max. 15 minutes we had our dishes on the table. Everything is delicious (pizza dough is like rubber, thin) and tasty. At the end we received a glass of limoncello. I recommend.

05/04/2025: Devo dire che mi aspettavo molto di più. Centrifugato buono ma niente di che (servito in un bicchiere di plastica), idem la torta mela e cannella. Tra l'altro abbiamo aspettato un bel po' prima di essere serviti. Buono se si vuole fare una pausa diversa dal solito, ma preferisco altro.

04/04/2025: 11:30 - 12:15 Today we had an unpleasant experience because after sitting down, we waited a good 30 minutes for someone to come and take our order, even though we tried to get someone's attention several times. After taking our order, we waited another 15 minutes and had to leave because they hadn't even started preparing it (an ice tea, a soft drink, olives and crudités, not even lunch). We weren't taken into consideration in the least while we waited, we didn't even get olives or crudités to munch on in the meantime, nothing. Only one girl from the staff who was cleaning the table next to us apologized for the wait, the rest was 0. Only then were we offered a smoothie to take away. Of course, after of course. I've been to this place several times and I'm not criticizing the food (good), but the service. It's not fair to serve customers who sat at the table after us first. As if we had ordered a lunch with more courses. Total wait: 45 minutes.

29/03/2025: When I pass through Troy it is an obligatory stop for me. The owner always welcomes you with a beautiful smile and the right kindness. The staff is always attentive in welcoming your requests. From first courses to second courses, from appetizers to desserts, goodness and satisfaction are guaranteed.

09/03/2025: Not a trattoria, not a restaurant, but a fusion of both, with a family atmosphere that really makes you feel at home. The owner is uniquely friendly, he drags you into a vortex of irony that makes you spend your refreshment time in the best possible way. Typical dishes of the area, recommended for dinners with friends, family lunches and work breaks.

22/04/2025: Paying over 10 euros for a pizza and having it served completely burnt doesn't seem like a high-end pizzeria to me. I imagine because the number of seats is very high (tables practically next to each other and in a mess in the room that doesn't allow you to talk to the person in front of you) and this is to the detriment of quality

17/03/2025: We decided to go there after seeing something on social media that was very good and inviting, despite having called late on a Saturday they accommodated us by giving us a table, the kindness of the waiters despite it being Saturday and it is quite crowded, very helpful and friendly. Even though it was late we had two children at the table, my son and my niece, quick enough to accommodate them and have them dine without long waits even though the place was full. Exquisite food from savory to sweet! We will definitely be back. 🔝

01/04/2025: The Bari aperitif which is included in the menu is made up of pieces of mortadella + tarallini + olives + pieces of provolone, all served in mini cups. It costs 7 euros and does not include drinks or small takeaways. Definitely not convenient. The menu does not indicate what other types of aperitif can be consumed. Good assortment of first and second courses at lunch. The environment is comfortable and spacious. Accessible for disabled people.

25/03/2025: We celebrated my brother's birthday at Caffè Vergnano and it was a truly enjoyable experience! The food was delicious and fresh, you could taste the quality of the ingredients. The staff was super helpful, attentive and extremely polite, always ready to satisfy our every request with kindness. The owner was really friendly and professional, making sure everything was organized exactly as agreed. Even the DJ they usually call for these events was great at livening up the party and entertaining both adults and children. The welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service made the evening perfect. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a simple but elegant place to celebrate.

16/02/2025: Posto bellissimo ho festeggiato il 18 °di mio figlio Thomas .Il titolare Piero e la moglie Mary con la collaborazione del direttore di sala Daniele ci hanno seguito in tutto, dal servizio in sala al cibo ottimo, curando tutti i dettagli rendendo l'evento per noi una serata indimenticabile. Consiglio vivamente il posto, perfetto per qualsiasi ricorrenza, BRAVI!BRAVI!!! Dimenticavo chicca della serata ingresso con Supercar offerto dai titolari unico nel suo genere, GRAZIE PIERO e al suo super collaboratore DANIELE!!

16/03/2025: Pranzo domenicale alla carta e con i familiari; avevo maggiori aspettative confortato da informazioni ricevute da chi era già stato; servizio nella norma, educato; abbiamo preso un giro di antipasti della tradizione (niente di straordinario per dei pugliesi) , dei primi , un baccalà e i dolci, un " porcino " di mousse ....un pò troppo stucchevole per tutti i commensali; forse di sera, o con maggiore affluenza, il risultato cambia.
