We dined at this restaurant during the Apulian evening, and it was an unforgettable experience. Excellent food: from the freshest mozzarella and burrata prepared to order, to the fragrant panzerotti and pasta dishes, including delicious vegetarian options. The mouth-watering desserts were a perfect end to the meal. Impeccable, attentive, and friendly service. The entertainment was wonderful, with the band performing captivating traditional Apulian songs. An excellent experience with truly remarkable value.

Pleasant and refined location 😊 but insignificant portions, that is, paltry. For everything else, I recommend it. But I wouldn't go back.

I celebrated my son's first communion today at Osteria Sant'Anna, and everything was impeccable.
Not only for the top-quality food, with its sophisticated, delicate, and unconventional combinations.
But also for the very friendly staff and the atmosphere.
Even though all three rooms were full, there was no sense of rush or confusion; instead, the atmosphere was calm and relaxed.

The food here is cooked with love for the ingredients. Good olive oil on the table with delicious soft and fresh bread, fresh tomatoes, olives, and cheese. The dishes were also delicious, and the dessert was a work of art. We were even served a drink with small cookies; this is pampering your guests and making them feel welcome. Highly recommended for dining!

A beautiful restaurant in the Itria Valley, decorated in a refined rustic style, with stone walls, wooden furnishings, and an open cellar. Extremely friendly staff and elegant dishes. The appetizers are generous. The red beetroot gnocchi with asparagus and crispy bacon are excellent. The grouper tubettoni on a cream of grass peas are also excellent, as are the laganari pasta with cardoncelli mushrooms, confit cherry tomatoes, and capocollo from Martina Franca. The mango and coconut sorbet is exquisite.

We were there on Easter Monday 2026 and had a wonderful time. The place was super welcoming, the staff exceptional, and the location delightful.
Service was prompt, the dishes were unique, tasty, and refined.
The manager was truly efficient and courteous.
