A beautiful restaurant in the Itria Valley, decorated in a refined rustic style, with stone walls, wooden furnishings, and an open cellar. Extremely friendly staff and elegant dishes. The appetizers are generous. The red beetroot gnocchi with asparagus and crispy bacon are excellent. The grouper tubettoni on a cream of grass peas are also excellent, as are the laganari pasta with cardoncelli mushrooms, confit cherry tomatoes, and capocollo from Martina Franca. The mango and coconut sorbet is exquisite.

We were there on Easter Monday 2026 and had a wonderful time. The place was super welcoming, the staff exceptional, and the location delightful.

Palm Sunday, lunch outside the town of Cisternino, an unexpected venue, spacious with several rooms clearly dedicated to receptions. The welcome was courteous and the staff attentive and helpful. We ordered a house appetizer and a first course. The appetizer perhaps showcases the cuisine's potential, but it should have been accompanied by a description of the various dishes and the reasons behind certain choices... finding a classic broad bean puree with strips of cephalopods is certainly not gourmet. Clearly, a passing customer is not entitled to the attention of regulars. The photos provide directions for the subsequent dishes. We enjoyed a good rosé, from the vineyards in Gioia del Colle.

I visited Osteria Sant'Anna in Cisternino on February 20th and had a wonderful experience.
The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, and the service is attentive and friendly. We sampled several dishes, from starters to desserts, and found everything to be of high quality, flavorful, and true to local tradition.
I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat well in an authentic atmosphere.

Today, Sunday, February 8th, I was here for the first time and was truly thrilled. The quality of the dishes is top-notch: fresh ingredients, exquisite flavors, and impeccable presentation. You can immediately sense the attention to detail and passion for cooking.

We went here for Epiphany lunch with my girls. Annalisa and Vincenzo, who took care of the service, were impeccable and extremely kind. They paid attention to every detail, ensuring friendly service even for the girls, who were served immediately, a detail that is not to be taken for granted. The food was good, plentiful, and just the right amount of gourmet, never sloppy. The prices were truly fair, making it an excellent value.
