04/06/2025: Unfortunately this restaurant is very overrated, the service was slow, 35 minutes before we received a drink. The staff were trying their best. The food is more like a factory, once we ordered it was slapped on the table, plates were chipped in several places, when we went to pay, it was a circus, waited for ages, the owner was trying to put more peopke through, the restaurant was recommended to us but i can not understand why. Food lacked flavour and presentation , a poor reflection of the areas food.

04/06/2025: The gnoccheti were absolutely delicious. Good wine, nice music, great service. The veal tartare is also a must if you eat raw meat. Would definitely eat here again.

20/05/2025: What can I say, I had the pleasure and I say it with great satisfaction, of having celebrated the day of my son's Holy Confirmation. We had never been there but we had heard about it, and very good ones too, I can only confirm all of this. Very beautiful and suggestive structure, it really makes you travel through time. Spectacular cuisine, excellent service, all accompanied by a precise and attentive staff, available and courteous. They really satisfied us in everything. And then there is Andrea the owner, a truly professional and reassuring figure. Masseria del Sale...I recommend it...for those looking for a culinary journey in an environment full of beauty and refinement.

30/04/2025: Ogni volta che capitiamo in zona non possiamo fare a meno di andare a mangiare in questo ristorante. Ottima cucina. Pesce sempre fresco e cotto secondo la tradizione. Ristorante pulito e accogliente. Laura e Tony, i proprietari, sono sempre gentili e disponibili con i loro clienti. Bravissimi.

Pulizia e cibo di prima scelta. Ringrazio Aldo e il figlio per aver accolto le nostre richieste ed esigenze. Consiglio vivamente di mangiare, tra le altre cose sul mare!

Everything was simple but very well done, for a fairly good value for money (26€ for water + 2 dishes with side dishes). The welcome is warm and the service fast! Thank you so much

29/05/2025: One of my fondest experiences I had in many years in Italy. This was our first time in Puglia. It was also first time we had antipasto-primi-secondi full menu dinner. The restaurant doesn't have a set menu, they prepare several different dishes every day. The server was very kind, helped us with selecting really nice local dishes and adapted the portions so that the three of us could easily share and try each meal. Thank you for lovely evening and culinary experience :-)

It was an exceptional discovery: we liked it so much that, as soon as we finished dinner, we decided to return the following evening. 17/03/2025: My girlfriend and I had dinner on a Saturday evening. We were given a seat without making us wait, cleaning and setting the table immediately. The waiter was very kind and answered all our questions in a friendly way, even recommending draft beers (I highly recommend their craft beer!). The internal room was small but welcoming, the food was perfect, from the starter to the main course, and the waiting times between one course and another were perfect. We will definitely be back!

Excellent starters, both seafood and land, excellent first and second fish dishes, very fresh, with generous portions. The selection of wines is also not bad: essential. Excellent quality/price ratio. A sure point of reference. ADVISED.
