23/02/2026: We were there yesterday, Sunday 22 February, for lunch. The atmosphere was clean, the staff polite and friendly. We had a main starter, which was good but nothing special. They could do better. Two very good and plentiful first courses and a second course, a mixed roast of meat, were good. At the end, Antonio even offered us a liqueur, as well as a little consideration for the bill. All in all, we were satisfied. Recommended. I would definitely go back.

03/01/2026: A welcoming, family atmosphere. The owners are attentive and friendly. We went for lunch at 3:00 PM, having just arrived in Vieste, and they welcomed us with a smile. The food was excellent and the portions generous, so much so that we were happy to return.

Even though I hadn't booked and it was already lunchtime, an excellent linguine with clams arrived in no time, prepared on the fly by Mario, Chiara's husband. The atmosphere is familiar, and the owners are great company; the apple pie, among the desserts of the day, is also delicious.

13/03/2026: Fantastic pizzeria, so far I've only had delivery, but whatever I've ordered (star pizzas, make-your-own pizzas, various fried foods) has been delicious and of excellent quality.

26/01/2026: One of the more fancy/expensive restaurants in Ceglie. The food is very good and really interesting. I ate their raviolo (1 giant raviolo, the size of the plate) and it was delicious. Would recommend!

11/01/2026: Booked late for a dinner for 2 and had to wait a while for the reservation to be confirmed. However, worth the wait. Cibus is a wonderful Puglain restaurant. The prices are not excessive, the quality of the dishes is very good. We enjoyed everything we had. Seasonal Antipasti, Fave, Coniglio and Lamb shank. Could not fit in a sweet dish at the end. Service became a little slow as they filled up, but not a problem for us as the ambience is nice. Good wine list too. If you are in the area, this is worth a journey to.

07/01/2026: On the first day, access was literally blocked by a dense, cheerful Italian crowd, patiently waiting or enjoying their focaccia in a wonderful atmosphere… despite the icy wind. We gave up. The second day, exactly the same scenario. Another attempt, another failure. What's the mystery? On the third day, finally, we understood the reason for the crowds. The focaccia and the bread were simply exceptional. Of remarkable quality, they fully justified the wait: here, patience is richly rewarded.

07/01/2026: A unique place that reeks of history and serves delicious food even during siesta, when all other restaurants are closed. A big plus for that! You can sit across from it, in the stone gateway, and still soak up the history while savoring a delicious pizza crust by the pound.
