Meat that suits the Argentine palate!
We went to this place while on vacation in Puglia, and my first question was whether it was worth it, and the answer is a resounding yes!
The meat tasted incredible! Super tender, with a great grilled flavor.
The service is very good and the price is quite reasonable compared to other places.
If you're planning on eating pizza, pasta, and focaccia for several days, this is the place for you! ✨

This place will bring me to Italy time after time, I see it. It is meat heaven. I even bought some merchandise from them. Totally magical!!! U don’t have to order from the desk and can ask for special cuts of meat like tomahawk and T-bone steak. The staff is wonderful the chef is wonderful and the owner is generous. My most expensive restaurant visit in Italy but still I went there 2 times (ps I can eat a lot of meat)

A truly unique experience. If you love grilled meat, this is the place for you. First, you choose the meat you want grilled, just like at your local butcher. Then you're shown to a table where you order drinks and sides. The meat is then served freshly grilled. Absolutely delicious!

You walk into the butcher's shop, where you select your own meat.
Afterwards, it goes onto a skewer in a sort of pizza oven.
At the table, you choose your drinks and side dishes.
And then it's time to feast!
Had such a delicious meal! The meat is so good and flavorful!

Braceria, or BBQ at the local butcher, is what Cisternino is known for. You have to experience it at least once.

Butcher's shop and meat restaurant. You come in and choose your meat, then they bring it to you cooked. Excellent quality. Super competitive prices.
