My boyfriend organized this fantastic surprise for me during our holiday in Salento. The experience of homemade pasta with grandmother Tetta and her sweet nieces was very warm, welcoming and I must say very maternal💗 All surrounded by this homely atmosphere that surrounds the entire inn. The location is nothing short of typical, beautiful. Excellent cuisine, but what are we talking about???🤤 Super in everything🙏 Thank you so much✨

Nous n’avons pas dormi dans cet établissement mais avons participé à un cours de fabrication de pâtes via AirBnb. Cette expérience a été incroyable ! Nous avons pu voir la préparation de la pâte avec quelques ingrédients, et nous avons pu ensuite fabriquer nous mêmes 3 types de pâtes locales différentes, le tout sous les conseils avisés de l’organisatrice. L’expérience s’est terminée par un dîner sur le toit du restaurant, où nous avons pu goûter toute sorte de produits typiques (fromages, charcuterie, et bien sûr des pâtes), le tout accompagné d’une bouteille de vin rouge et d’eau. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et le recommandons a toute personne de passage dans la région :)

Locale molto molto carino nel centro storico di Matino, la terrazza dove abbiamo mangiato era bellissima. Abbiamo scelto il menu degustazione da 45 euro e, a differenza di alcune recensioni negative che ho letto, ci siamo trovati super bene!! Tutto buonissimo. Ci torneremo
