I had dinner at ai tre Santi on Friday evening. The food was excellent, just like two years ago! A culinary journey through Puglia with traditional products, without manipulating them with smoke or geometric shapes.
The one-star deduction is for the lack of dessert on Friday evening (with an average group of about 25 people, this is a real shame).

Ai Tre Santi, how can I describe it?... the name says it all, the people who work there are culinary saints.
A small restaurant nestled in the alleys of Locorotondo.
We stumbled upon it by chance and left crying and hugging the owner over the delicious food.
The menu features traditional cuisine, with a few twists that make it unique and exciting.
I was in the area on vacation with my family, but I'd love to return specifically to eat at this magical place.
See you soon

If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience, Ai Tre Santi is an absolute must!
Everything we ordered was simply outstanding. The grilled lamb was perfectly cooked, tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The tagliatelle with mushrooms was rich, fresh, and beautifully balanced. For dessert, we had the tiramisu and the calzone filled with ricotta and pistachios—both were absolutely heavenly and the perfect ending to a fantastic meal.
The portions are thoughtfully sized: satisfying without being too heavy, leaving just enough room to enjoy dessert and a delicious Italian coffee.
What truly made our visit special was the wonderful staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived.
Fantastic food, warm hospitality, and a lovely atmosphere. We would happily come back and highly recommend Ai Tre Santi to anyone visiting the area. A true gem!

The beef tartare was very good. The gnocchi with pea and cuttlefish cream was also very good. I was a little less keen on the truffle and porcini mushroom pasta. The menu mentions that some ingredients may be frozen, which is quite unusual and worth noting (very, very little frozen food, however). Impeccable and attentive service. A pleasant atmosphere in the little streets of Locorotondo. I recommend it.
