01/03/2025: Delicious food! Very friendly staff and the restaurant is nice, attractive and modernly decorated. It won't be the cheapest restaurant in town. But for 21 euros per person we had a delicious and extensive lunch.

The staff is very kind, helpful and always professional, helping to create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere... you really feel at home. 03/03/2025: We celebrated my mother's birthday at lunch on Sunday...finding everything truly excellent. Very well presented dishes and truly excellent food! What can I say: We really tried almost the entire menu and every course was truly of great quality... very satisfied guests! The wine list is also valid. A well-kept and welcoming environment, small but comfortable, characterized by the typical stone barrel vaults of the old vaults and by the small lights similar to patron saint celebration lights placed properly throughout the room! Friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely go back again... I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a quality lunch or dinner in peace. I conclude without adding anything other than I understand enough about catering!! Fair price for the proposed quality. ADVICE RATING 9 + ..well done!

02/03/2025: On Saturday 1 March at lunchtime, a colleague of mine and I decide to have lunch at the "Masseria del Sale" farmhouse restaurant in Manduria, a place that promises a high-level culinary experience in a rustic and evocative atmosphere. The part relating to the restaurant is well renovated, with star vaults and the presence of fireplaces. Tables and chairs have small deficiencies (some dirty seats); unkept parking; large table in a nave with kitchen utensils in evidence. The service is of good evidence, with attentive, courteous staff always available to satisfy every request. Let me start by saying that there were no other tables occupied and there was only one waiter serving. As for the food, the quality is unquestionable even if some dishes are better prepared than others, both in terms of flavors and presentation. I personally particularly enjoyed the artichoke appetizer. The dessert was normal and without great pretensions. However, there is one aspect that left me perplexed and which, unfortunately, clouded the overall experience: the price. The final bill was decidedly exaggerated compared to what was served. Despite the quality of the food and service, the prices are out of the market and not justified compared to the dishes. I expected a more balanced quality-price ratio, and although I understand the increase in the prices of raw materials and the maintenance of the structure, it is not possible to offer such an exaggerated final cost. This is not a starred restaurant. In conclusion, "La Masseria del Sale" offers an experience not worthy of full evaluation and the high price makes it difficult to justify a return or an unreserved recommendation. I would recommend this restaurant only to those willing to spend a lot without evaluating the quality/price ratio. Certainly there is an awareness that the perceived value is not entirely in line with the cost incurred. I highlight that my review is in line with many others. I suggest, given the potential of the structure, to reevaluate the cost or, if left unchanged, to provide an Experience worthy of what is requested. Rating: 3.5/5 (due to excessive prices and an offline experience)

Il Convivium ha un’ottima selezione di etichette, sia italiane che internazionali, e il personale è sempre disponibile a consigliare il vino giusto per ogni palato. L’atmosfera è intima e rilassata, con luci soffuse e musica di sottofondo che rendono la serata ancora più piacevole. Abbiamo accompagnato il calice con un tagliere di formaggi e salumi: prodotti freschi e di qualità.

10/01/2025: Such a fun spot on a Friday night! It was packed but the service at the bar was great and we managed to find a table after a little while. Excellent selection of wine, beer, and cocktails!

01/04/2025: Nice place, characterized by white stone and very intimate niches that create booths. Very kind and attentive owner, excellent food. We had the opportunity to order a 25 euro menu which consisted of typical appetizers (parmesan, turnips, fried artichokes, sgagliozze, breaded mozzarella, mussel peppered, octopus pie, potatoes and pesto, roasted mushrooms); a taste of fresh troccoli, mussels and clams and a taste of maltagliati with pink sauce, speck and mushrooms, calciomus, water and an excellent house red wine. It's the second time we've gone there and we will definitely return, I would recommend it.

15/03/2025: Graduation party organized at this facility, I thank Salvatore and his staff for their availability, courtesy and for their way of doing things, they put an entire room inside the restaurant at our disposal. Excellent and plentiful buffet served at the table at a reasonable price, which also included cocktails for after dinner. To return in the summer when you can enjoy the outdoor spaces and the swimming pool. Highly recommended

03/03/2025: We went to this location to celebrate my friend's birthday, everything was exceptional, from the food to the staff. They welcomed us with love and were friendly and nice, especially the owner Salvatore... you absolutely must come and try this experience for yourself.

17/03/2025: My girlfriend and I had dinner on a Saturday evening. We were given a seat without making us wait, cleaning and setting the table immediately. The waiter was very kind and answered all our questions in a friendly way, even recommending draft beers (I highly recommend their craft beer!). The internal room was small but welcoming, the food was perfect, from the starter to the main course, and the waiting times between one course and another were perfect. We will definitely be back!

One of those places where dishes and raw materials are chosen with passion and attention. Tradition always triumphs, often revisited in a new key, very surprising. Excellent choice of wines.
