25/08/2025: Not far from Lecce, this small restaurant has a lovely garden. The waitress was lovely, and we felt pampered from start to finish. The cuisine is excellent and refined. I highly recommend the tasting menu, which allows you to fully experience the chef's cuisine and the careful selection of ingredients. Very reasonable prices for fabulous food. Thank you, we'll be back as soon as we return to Puglia.

02/02/2026: I had a good opinion of this place—excellent food, excellent service, a place to bring friends, confident in the quality of the menu. Unfortunately, I had to change my mind because the other night I was disappointed by everything! Inedible pizza, cold fries, dirty cutlery. Despite complaining about the quality of what we were served, I received no consideration from the owner, even though he was constantly shouting at the next table. Finally, we were offered three tiny pieces of panettone (at the end of January!) that remained there on our plate without any apology or even a hint of a discount.

26/12/2025: A good pizzeria, with helpful and professional staff. There are two floors, so the place is very spacious. The surrounding parking is easily accessible. The desserts are delicious. The stairs to the upper floor are also accessible to those with disabilities. The atmosphere is informal. Recommended.

The service is warm and genuine, thanks to the wonderful gentleman who runs the place, and the atmosphere feels both unique and welcoming. The focaccia is absolutely delicious (and no, it’s not pizza! 😁), making the whole experience feel special, authentic, and pleasantly affordable. A real hidden treasure that I’d happily recommend to anyone looking for a genuine local taste.

31/12/2025: I hate to give a negative review because the food was actually excellent and made with love. Our experience fell short of expectations, and I was the first to be disappointed. We were in Bari on December 24th at 12:00 PM, waiting for a train, coming from Turin. We were quite hungry as soon as we landed. I suggested to my companion that we grab a quick bite. I'd heard about this place from Instagram, and I was very happy with the choice; I finally wanted to try it! We asked a waiter if we could grab something to eat and, if possible, sit outside. We sat down, and for a few minutes, no one brought us a menu or anything else. All was quiet... strange, the place was empty. The only customers. Okay, we waited... after a while, the same waiter finally arrived, and we asked him if he'd kindly bring us the lunch menu. He brought us a sheet of paper with the prices, which I found unclear, for the various types of aperitif. He left. Since we'd specified we were planning on having lunch, we waited for him to return to ask for a menu. He arrived after about five minutes, asking, "Are you ready?" Um, no, we were expecting a menu. A little surprised, he took the paper away from us and brought us the QR code to scan. The menu: in my opinion, it's excellent and full of very unique fusion choices. But damn, the prices are so high... not even justifiable given the portions that arrived. Okay, the dishes arrived fairly quickly, but all this wasted over half an hour. While we were eating, we could hear the owner yelling for some reason, which wasn't very pleasant. Anyway, once we went in to pay the unfortunately hefty bill, we realized they were preparing a rather expensive takeout order. Now, I understand the busyness of the moment, but we're still two paying customers, and it wasn't the best of first impressions. It all seemed very improvised and without concern for the customer, even if, yes, we were just passing through. We are two people who love Korean culture and seek it out, even in food. There are many Korean restaurants in Turin, and U'kor certainly holds its own in terms of quality, but it still needs a lot of work on the service. The prices are actually similar to those of a city without fresh fish nearby, which is why I was really surprised. Oh, I didn't find any allergens. I would have liked to congratulate the owner on her idea and courage to bring Korean cuisine to Bari, but alas, it seemed like two orders had arrived at the wrong time. Too bad... I say this because customer service is important, always. Especially when the place is empty and it's December 24th. Maybe a couple of people visiting don't make a difference, but I don't think that's a core concept of the restaurant. The kimchi was excellent, and my companion's soup was too. Congratulations.

04/10/2025: We had a wonderful time, everything was perfect, delicious from the appetizer to the coffee, the service was very pleasant, we were able to talk peacefully among ourselves, if we return to this beautiful city we have no doubts about where to return.

11/09/2025: There are so many words to describe the experience at this trattoria, but the only way to truly appreciate its quality, abundance, professionalism, tranquility, and affordability is to go there. In Manfredonia, we're used to frequenting the same places, and we've obviously had a great time. Trust me, he'll become a regular. Try it and believe it.

05/03/2026: I had lunch at Ristorante da Paolo in Bari, and the overall impression was somewhat mixed. On the one hand, it must be said that the dishes are truly plentiful: the table fills up quickly, and the quantity is certainly not lacking. However, the quality, unfortunately, didn't seem to live up to the abundance. Many dishes were rather simple and unprepared, with flavors that didn't particularly stand out. It's one of those places where you eat a lot, but without the sense of quality you'd expect from a good restaurant lunch. You certainly leave feeling full, but not particularly satisfied with the taste. In short: a lot of quantity and a full table, but overall quality was rather low compared to expectations.

09/03/2026: Often busy and a struggle to get a seat,if you want one, but it is in a very touristy area. The puccia is fresh and delicious with tasty ingredients and a choice of cold beers. The service was friendly and quite fast considering the numbers placing orders. Would highly recommend if in the area looking for a snack. Prices are comparatively low. I wish I had gone back a few more times.
