10/04/2026: No, look, let's forget it. An experience to forget, to say the least. A mix of Piedmontese cheeses as an appetizer (but didn't people once eat cheese at the end of a meal in Italy?) and a 10x3x1 cm piece of caramelized pancetta—seriously pricey. All this at a truly outrageous price. P.S. Oh, I forgot: there wasn't even a hint of Salento flavors.
05/04/2026: I was there last night and everything was spectacular. I will be back.
