We went there two nights in a row and our experience was nothing short of amazing. The food and staff were great, a true Italian experience.

We order a pizza quattro formaggi (we added prosciutto) and a plate of lasagna ragú. They were delicious. The four stars in service is because we ordered and took about 25' to hav both plates in our table and the same time we were quit hurry cause we had to leave for the airport. However, i understand that it was Sunday and had plenty of orders ( i saw also that some people waited to take on food for home). The place has a great atmosphere inside (although we sit outside for smoking). Toilet is also clean. Should i find myself in Rome again, i will definitely choose to revisit the restaurant).

We came across the gem down the street from our stay. It was charming and on a quiet street which can be hard to find. The food was outstanding! We had Spaghetti Carbonara and Cacio e Pepe, Caprese and Meatballs. All were outstanding and very affordable.

Golosità del Salento

27/03/2024: After a week at the seaside with my daughter we dedicated the last day to Lecce and I really didn't feel like going home without any Salento delicacies, so I ended up at Stefano's thanks to Google reviews and I'd say I did amazing... professionalism, friendliness and passion combine perfectly with the excellent products that Stefano offers you... the cave-matured caciocavallo is something exceptional as is the fresh burrata.... amazing taralli and frize and excellent wine, all it allowed me to make an excellent impression for my Salento aperitif, I haven't had the chance to taste the orecchiette yet but I'm sure that those will also meet the standards, the expense was not a small one in fact 😅 and the three bags I got taken by train to Genoa they put me to the test but.... it was worth it and I think I will go back to buying online. Obviously not recommended 😊

05/01/2024: We ate very well: excellent fried seafood, delicious beef stew and finally an exquisite octopus in a piñata. Impeccable service and very friendly owner and staff, very honest value for money. Super recommended!!!!
10/12/2023: I love the location of this terrific place. The piazza where they have set up their outdoor seating is peaceful and picturesque. Families and children play in the park. Food is very good, each dish having some slight variation on typical local dishes. Owner Mario is friendly and gracious. Been here a few times and sometimes we bump into other friends dining there.
