09/04/2025: Sabato sera, cena organizzata all'ultimo momento, dove andare per mangiare un buon piatto con un buon bicchiere di vino? Antico Cappelverde ovviamente, chiamo e anche se era un orario un po' al limite ci accolgono con serenità e professionalità. Partiamo col dire che hanno rinnovato la carta (lo fanno spesso seguendo la stagionalità di prodotti e tempo), assaggiamo la tartare Ca'di mat col tuorlo croccante e gocce di robiola di Roccaverano e la tradizione ( un mix di antipasti piemontesi). Primi i loro agnolotti di stufato col loro sugo fatto come la nonna comanda, e gnocchi alla carbonara monferrina, particolari e golosi. Alziamo il tiro con i secondi, la loro bistecca Milano senza osso, la mia esente contorni era 540gr, e il fiocco di filetto con salsa di gamba di pernice..... Spettacolari entrambi. Tavolata da 6, abbiamo fatto fatica, ma abbiamo portato a casa la vittoria con lo stupore genuino del titolare. Non abbiamo preso il dolce, non ci stava più nulla. Concludendo, conto più che giusto, con una qualità altissima e ricerca costante di nuovi piatti della tradizione piemontese ormai dimenticati. Lo stra consiglio a tutti di andarci, non rimarrete delusi, anzi......

11/03/2025: I booked a dinner for my nephew's birthday, there were 15 people and I was almost certain that it would be a nice evening. Wow, what a carefully decorated room, the fabulous menu, all super welcoming. I recommend it. Thanks to Mrs Carlotta and Matteo. The guests were super satisfied

27/12/2025: December 26th is a public holiday in Italy, so we found this place open for lunch. The waiters were fine, but the prices are a bit high, especially considering you can eat at the Bar-Tavola Calda right next door for half the price. My main issue was the cover charge (coperto). Being Italian myself and knowing the prices, €5 per person was outrageous: a paper placemat... the price needs to be reviewed.

02/12/2025: We waited 20 minutes just to be served, the waitresses were very rude. The meat arrived raw even though I'd asked for it to be medium rare, and when I sent it back, it came back exactly the same. When I asked for dessert (I wanted ice cream), I was told the kitchen was closed (they'd been closed for 10 minutes, and I spent 40 of them chewing). Go to Old Wild West instead.

16/11/2025: Tastefully renovated and welcoming. Quick service, friendly staff. Classic farmhouse dishes. Quality: neither praise nor blame. There's definitely better.

15/11/2025: Must try... fried mushrooms... soft and tasty stew...

23/08/2025: We kindly asked if we could sit eight of us outside by pushing two tables together, but the waitress rudely refused, saying it wasn't possible because one table was empty. Speechless and unwilling to work! Never again!

18/11/2025: A typical Uba Volta trattoria with excellent food, cooked to perfection. The appetizers are special, the pizza is delicious, not to mention the spectacular grilled meats...and the homemade desserts are delicious...all topped off by the warm welcome from the family who runs the place. We'll definitely be back!

21/10/2025: We arrived as a group on our way back from Tunisia at 9:30 p.m. and had a delicious meal. The quality of the food and the reasonable prices are fantastic.

26/09/2025: We went to eat at this restaurant last night, and I have to say it deserves 5 stars overall. Especially because we stayed for a chat after dinner and they made us feel comfortable without rushing us to leave. We'll gladly return.

30/12/2025: Kind and courteous staff, both the cook and the waitress, recommended, the food is excellent, beautiful and plentiful dishes.

19/12/2025: In its modest simplicity, it serves authentic dishes. Unfortunately, for organizational reasons, some dishes are microwaved, but everything is homemade by the owner. There are higher-end restaurants whose dishes are less authentic than those offered here. We'll definitely be back.

22/12/2025: We went one evening with four of us. We had pizza, which was excellent, well-cooked, and with just the right amount of toppings. The service was excellent, and the staff was attentive to customer requests. The place is well-organized, with individual and group tables. Welcoming.

05/01/2026: I stopped at the restaurant after staying at the B&B on the farm. I had the broccoli ravioli, and they were delicious! Excellent food, fair prices, friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend stopping by!

21/12/2025: The food is good, at a fair price. What makes it truly special is the warm welcome from the owners and staff. They're truly friendly, super kind, and helpful. The gluten-free options are also excellent. We had a family lunch (10 people) to celebrate Christmas. We had a wonderful time, treated with uncommon care and courtesy. I don't know how to put it better, but they really make you want to come back. And we will be back.
