21/07/2024: Restaurant assez mal noté que personnellement je ne comprends pas, les repas sont bons et bien présentés, en plus d'un bon service. Pour moi la seule chose à améliorer c'est la consistence des plats, que je trouve léger pour un déjeuner.

23/06/2024: une catastrophe. cuisine sans aucun gout. Pates au poisson sans poisson. escalope industrielle. frites pire Qu'au mc do... Service minimum. Seule la vue au bord de l'eau est sympathique. Passez votre chemin...

13/01/2024: Had the New Year's Eve dinner: it must be said that the menu was not up to the standard of a dinner and the price paid, insufficient value for money. Music at an unbearable volume, when I asked to lower it because it was too loud, they told me it wasn't possible. Positive notes of the evening were the fireworks and a Romanian folklore show. The dance floor was large. Overall I would have given three stars but I only give two for the loud music which was frankly unbearable and for the fact that they didn't want to turn it down after repeated requests from other people too.

06/06/2024: Absurd crap!! Starting from the girls (if you can call them that) who are rude, rude, snobbish and so on and so forth!!! Cleanliness of the bathroom non-existent. Some "people" deserve to be out of work and starve!!

08/05/2024: I ordered two sacher single portions from Glovo on Saturday evening, an employee calls me and says "we've run out of sacher" I kindly ask her to list what was left and she replies really disconcerted. I understand it was evening and after a work shift a person can be tired but I have never allowed myself to respond like that to my customers! That's not all, I have worked for years as an ice cream shop assistant, preparing single portions and cakes and I can say that the cake that arrived, agreed upon at the end of the call, tasted really bad and I don't want to imagine how long it had been displayed there. . Terrible old taste and it was dry, dry, really inedible ! I recommend selecting employees better and working fresh and not trying to cheat a customer just because he orders from Glovo.

19/11/2023: I stumbled upon it by mistake, I knew it from the old management, which was excellent. Kind, but the level is very low.

31/10/2023: Che Schifo !! mai mangiato (assaggiato e risputato nel piatto) una roba del genere credo nemmeno le galline o i porci avrebbero mangiato la pizza che mi è stata data li dentro. Non sono riuscito a dare il secondo morso.

01/11/2023: Service war sehr zuvorkommendem und freundlich aber das Essen ist schlechtes Kantinenessen mit Fertigsaucen. Man könnte sich bemühen, aber sichtlich "purzeln" die Leute ins Lokal uns somit ist es nicht interessant was besser zu machen. Die Preise sind zwar im Verhältnis günstig, aber für das was man bekommt noch viel zu teuer. Schade.

01/11/2023: Schaut ok aus ist aber Kantinen Küche . Dose auf und aufs Teller es fehlte das gewisse etwas . Preislich günstig was es auch qualitativ war .

17/06/2024: I absolutely cannot understand why all these negative reviews, my girlfriend and I took 2 takeaway pizzas and they were really good, I would dare to say one of the best in the area, they were even about to close and the girl who was there (super kind) he said that without problems they would make us 2 pizzas. PS: since I haven't reviewed for a day, I've kept an eye out for fake reviews, I recommend everyone to try this bar/pizzeria independent of the Maps rating.

31/03/2024: The pizza arrived at my house and it was totally different from the one served in the restaurant, the one I brought home only had sauce and meat and everything extra was €1. I asked for chips and they arrived almost raw while in the pizzeria it costs less and they make it better. I don't recommend it for takeaway, especially from Glovo

02/03/2024: First time in Vercelli, I come in for breakfast on Sunday 25 February at 10.10am. I don't remember the barista's response to my greeting, only three croissants available but now they're there, I order cappuccino and croissants and sit down. A little narrow room, paper placemat, sufficient cappuccino but nothing more, I get up to pay and as a former barista I bring the cup and saucers to the counter, the annoyed barista says "no, leave it alone" to which I reply that as a former hill I don't it's a problem for me to help somehow. He replies: "eh but it depends on the venue"... Not even a thank you. I paid and left. I won't go back for sure.

15/08/2024: MAI PIÙ! Personale totalmente Maleducato (leggere fino in fondo) e cibo che vale meno di niente. Metto 1 Stella perché non posso mettere meno di zero. Andiamo con la famiglia (io, mia moglie e mio figlio di 4 anni) a fare colazione. Prima di essere serviti, aspettiamo circa 10 min, in attesa che una delle due bariste finissero di fare gossip, con una loro amica seduta al tavolo, per poi essere serviti dalla ragazza più magra e mora, in maniera totalmente svogliata e sgradevole. La ragazza più in carne, faceva finta di fare cose che in realtà non faceva nulla e girava su e giù per fingersi impegnata. Sperando di trovare qualcosa di buono, non avevano alcun che a disposizione, se non 3 brioches di numero e qualche pasticcino. Altro di dolce / salato non c'era nulla di nulla. Abbiamo preso una brioches alla crema e una ciambella (uniche cose a disposizione). La brioches era abbastanza mangiabile, la ciambella era praticamente di PLASTICA. Mi avvicino al bancone per chiedere un bicchiere d'acqua per mio figlio e, oltre ad aspettare nuovamente i fattacci loro, quando la ragazza (sempre quella magra e mora) mi passa il bicchiere d'acqua, mentre ero distratto con mio figlio, per richiamare l'attenzione, mi dice TOH! Ma ci rendiamo conto? Ad un cliente vai a dire TOH??? NO COMMENT, NON CI ANDREMO MAI PIÙ!

14/07/2024: In questo locale dove passo ogni tanto, potete trovare sicuramente delle buone paste e delle buone brioches,ma dovete mettere in conto che dovrete pulire il tavolo se andate in un momento di punta e che la cortesia non abita qui. Detto questo,se volete passare fatelo perché ne vale la pena ma sappiate che se la giornata è storta troverete quello che ho appena spiegato poco sopra. Magari portatevi uno straccetto per il tavolino.

18/07/2024: Scam tourists, prices appear inside the premises and then if you take them outside they change drastically, without prior notice and with the tiny print almost impossible to see. Avoid

18/07/2024: One because I can't give you less, they show you a price and when they take the bill they charge you double for taking it in the outside area, they don't put it anywhere nor do they let you know. DON'T GO, €8 for two coffees with milk.

15/07/2024: Pessimo locale, personale e proprietari maleducati, gusti mediocri, prezzi cari. Non ti permettono di sedersi in modo comodo, pur essendo i tavoli esterni vuoti ( eravamo in due stipati in un tavolino stretto)

31/05/2024: Locale da ammodernare, ingredienti di qualita' pessima, indigeribili, porzioni scarse riscaldate al microonde servite comunque tiepidine, servizio troppo lento La nota piu' dolente e' per il personale e la proprieta', scortesia e maleducazione la fanno da padroni, nessuna attenzione, arroganza nemmeno tanta velata. Prezzi medio alti, rapporto qualita'/prezzo pari a zero.

21/07/2024: We enter this place attracted by the external menu which also offers a cold cuts platter. Surely the cutting board was available, but for the lady it was more important to feed "the 10 sandwiches that would be left on her back". I wonder: what's the point of putting up a menu if the customer then has to eat what the owner says?! Aren't these places called "fixed menu"? When I asked him to leave, the chopping board was magically ordered... but what a chopping board............. They should invent 🤢 emoji instead of stars. In some places this is all they deserve. A very sour lady, who however "loves her job". We should have read the reviews before going in!
