29/05/2025: Fue un poco nervioso venir aquí, ya que las críticas eran un poco arriba y abajo, pero había un plato en el menú que quería probar! Me alegro de haberlo hecho también, haber tomado los espaguetis con crema de pistacho y guanciale -y vaya! qué plato- muy sencillo pero un plato absolutamente perfecto de pasta así que estaba contenta. La pizza de mi hijo estaba bien también por el precio. Me encantó el interior del restaurante también, parecía muy elegante y de alta gama, y el personal era amable también.

20/07/2025: Motivati dalle buone recensioni che possiamo condividere per quello che riguarda il paesaggio e anche il cibo se sei amante dei piatti freddi. Per quanto riguarda il personale e servizio, situazioni molto discutibili, se si ha troppo lavoro e non si ha più voglia di ricevere la gente con cortesia sarebbe meglio cambiare attività.

16/07/2025: Siamo stati per la seconda volta in quella che è una delle terrazze più belle delle Langhe. Questa volta però siamo rimasti un po’ delusi dal menu, sapendo che si mangiano tutti piatti freddi ci aspettavamo qualcosina di più rispetto ad un misero prosciutto e melone e pomodori con mozzarella con prezzi relativamente alti per i piatti assaggiati. La cantina è sempre da favola ed il personale molto cordiale. Da riprovare

23/10/2025: There were eight of us for lunch to celebrate a birthday. It was our first time at this agriturismo, and unfortunately, we were very disappointed. When we arrived, there was no one to greet us: we waited about 15 minutes before a lady emerged from the kitchen, not to welcome us but to explain the menu directly. The appetizers were all served at once, piled on a single plate, with no attention to presentation. The first courses were no better: those who ordered spaghetti with mushrooms—as indicated on the menu—found spaghetti dipped in cream instead. When I asked, "Oh, but are they with cream?", the waitress replied, "It's white sauce!" I believe that, out of fairness to our customers (especially those with food intolerances or preferences), it would be appropriate to clearly specify the ingredients on the menu. Finally, for dessert, we had brought a cake to celebrate the birthday. Without even asking if we were ready, the waitress showed up with the cake and a lit candle... too bad the birthday boy was in the bathroom. Overall, a disappointing experience: disorganized and inattentive service, sloppy dishes, and little attention to the customer.

04/09/2025: Aside from the fact that there are two places on Google that actually refer to the same place... It went pretty badly. Thursday EVENING (Let's avoid the excuse of lunch or the time, since we arrived at 9 PM), the food was limited in terms of choice, and the quality was the worst thing of all. Appetizers, except for the two crab claws in the container, tasteless rolls, potato smileys, fried "chicken" that tasted more like fried food than chicken, cold, dry, like the one I take out of the fridge the next day. For the first course, I only got as far as the dry and subpar ravioli, finishing with a totally savory rice dish with peas and eggs. The fish counter, which was more than half-empty (I repeat, the time isn't the problem, and justifying it with the lack of traffic isn't a good reason to charge €20 regardless), the meat, on the other hand, was undercooked—sorry, but chicken is also quite harmful if it's pink inside... Two pieces of sushi, mostly surimi, but regardless, the taste was that of rice and that was it. Let's get to the fruit, folks. I was hoping for that, at least, but instead I tasted the sweetest, most nauseating canned peaches of my life. I tried a scoop of profiteroles, and you can imagine why I didn't want a second one. That said, fried ice cream was no longer free but €3 a piece, a plate of grilled food that could be ordered a maximum of two times, and laughter in the face of a customer who said there wasn't much food. Honest. Not as bad as paying €20 per person, minimum, to force-feed everything in this "restaurant."

04/10/2025: I ordered from Glovo. First of all, my order arrived an hour and a half late, and I expected at least an apology. To make matters worse, I had asked for fries on my pizza, but they didn't. At least the pizza tasted good.

07/09/2025: Bad, bad, they have a bad habit of delaying deliveries by up to two hours. Think about it before ordering.

10/05/2025: Pizza buona . Servizio lento , cameriere alcune scortesi. Abbiamo preso due pizze e due caffè e una birra piccola e una media 40 Euro mi sembra un po’ troppo . Ambiente un po’ troppo caotico

20/11/2025: When I enter this shop... I feel at home. The sales assistants Antonella, Barbara, and Eva are the kind of sales assistants any shop owner would want... I feel at home! Kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness are their qualities!!!! And the focaccia products are the best.

08/11/2025: I honestly believe there's a price markup here aimed at ripping off consumers. I understand everything (high energy prices, rent in Crocetta, raw materials that are less available), but two rectangular slices of pizza, two strips of focaccia, and half a liter of water for €21 is a steal. It would have been quicker to sit down at the pizzeria, order the best pizza in the restaurant, drink a medium beer, and the coffee would have almost made up for it.

24/11/2025: At 10:50 PM, my partner and I ordered with Glovo. At 11:36 PM, our order was delivered. The double cheeseburger was missing, the cream McPops (the order was caramel), and two marshmallow donuts (too bad it was one chocolate and one marshmallow). Terrible. Never again. In fact, like your unread feedback, because here we're talking about getting the order wrong every time. So, it's just a bunch of incompetents. Even those who manage the reviews are part of the same group. Message edited since it's not possible to reply to those who reply to the feedback.

09/11/2025: I ordered takeout and the Fanta arrived halfway because the glass wasn't sealed properly, the fries were cold, and the happy meal was missing a parmesan. Next time, I'll be more careful, less rushed, thanks.

07/12/2025: Unfortunately, it's a nice place, but the food is poor quality. I haven't tried the pizza, so I can't comment, but serving surimi as an appetizer is like serving a nursing home. €40 wasted.

06/07/2025: Poor quantity, average product quality, service leaves something to be desired, the owner apologizes a little too much for the mistakes... maybe she doesn't know that those who apologize are weak... maybe she should pay more attention to what happens in the dining room and in the garden... and also to the bill, don't charge for a full menu when it isn't and then apologize for the umpteenth time......

25/07/2025: Sono tornato con mia moglie dopo qualche anno, a pranzare in questa semplice ma accogliente osteria. I ricordi sono rimasti immutati, come immutata l'atmosfera che si respirava allora...locale pulito, tavoli ben distanziati e servizio al tavolo ineccepibile. Ci ha servito la signora Valeria, persona empatica e professionale. Eravamo orientati per un menù mare e non siamo rimasti delusi. Due antipasti di polpo con pistacchi, due fritture di paranza accompagnate dall'immancabile patata alla brace, due dessert, pizzicotti di pane fritto , acqua e un quartino di vino frizzante della casa e il pranzo è servito !!! La cantina vanta una discreta varietà di etichette, alcune per veri intenditori. La qualità del cibo è sempre eccellente, come il rapporto qualità/prezzo, corretto. La possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno del cortile con posti riservati, è sempre un plus gradito. Ritorneremo appena possibile.

08/10/2025: The Huaqiao Hotel in Rome is very close to the central train station, the airport bus, and our accommodation, just a few minutes away, which is very convenient. It was my first time having lunch there. The food was served quickly, tasted good, was reasonably priced, and the service was also very good.
