13/08/2025: This is definitely the best bar/restaurant in Sestriere! The problem with the negative reviews is that we now live in a town where, unfortunately, people are just plain stupid or rude, and therefore don't understand certain things... so, if you're a "normal" person, go to this lovely place with complete peace of mind and you won't regret it!

13/08/2025: I ordered a large salad, and at least a third of the leaves were rotten. I asked for a fresh salad. The waiter, a very kind young man, went to the kitchen to ask for the change. The second salad also had numerous rotten leaves. I politely told the owner, who, very annoyed, said he wouldn't charge me for it (note that I hadn't eaten it!!), telling me it wasn't true, even though I had put all the rotten leaves on a napkin. The photo only shows the leaves from the second course; unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to photograph the much more numerous ones from the first course. Furthermore, they didn't even bring me a napkin, the oil label was illegible, and the owner was rude and mocking. I'm happy to pay 13.50 for a salad, but I'd like it to be half rotten. Is that too much to ask?

09/11/2025: Terrible experience. Location with a stunning lake view. Questionable portions and timing. Lack of quality and disorganized staff. Exorbitant prices.

25/09/2025: We ate inside due to bad weather. The food was ok, but was the worst meal we had in the town. The outside area beside the lake would be a lovely setting to eat by, but there are better places to eat

03/11/2025: Fairly good food, but high prices for the quality. The interior dining room is very nice, but unfortunately I gave it two stars because we ended up with the outdoor dining room because they forgot our reservation. It wasn't exactly the best, with no door leading outside, so cold air came in, with only a gas stove heating the place. The service was good, but unfortunately, the owner's insistence on cash payment for convenience kept me from giving it two stars.

17/08/2025: Terrible! €40 for a terribly prepared barbecue. They managed to charge €40 to a 3-year-old who obviously didn't eat anything.

13/03/2026: Terrible service. I would advise the management to select their staff more carefully. Politeness comes first, and customer service is key, especially when the place is half-empty. The girl who takes selfies from the register and the counter, oblivious to the fact that customers are seeing her...is truly unprofessional, to say the least. I'm sorry, but based on my experience, I really don't recommend it.

23/01/2026: Burnt coffee! They need to learn how to wash the machine that makes it! Too expensive for the quality they offer! They don't pay attention to their customers!

11/01/2026: I've known this pastry shop for a few months. It's close to my house, but I'd never been. Then, six months ago, I tried a small package of fresh pastries to try. They're excellent. It's a Southern pastry shop, so make way for the cannoli and babà, but there are also other pastries: cannoncini, chantilly, and fruit pastries. The mini cheesecakes deserve a special mention; they're something I'd never tried. They make them in all flavors: pistachio, chocolate, lemon, strawberry, etc. I also tried one of their cakes at a birthday party. Everyone at the party loved it. To make a long story short, when I need to give a gift or even for myself, I get a wine tray.

11/01/2026: I think a mechanic could have made a more beautiful cake!! From a stunning photo of a beautiful girl, he managed to make the cake as black and dark as night!!! I'd opt for training and a refresher course in 2026, because cakes like this probably weren't even made in the 19th century; they obviously don't even know where to start. Hard cream, frozen mousse, thoughtful decorations—they draw better in kindergarten. For goodness sake! NEVER AGAIN!

07/02/2026: I couldn't have asked for anything better for my wedding, everything was beautiful from the food to feeling part of a team that caters to even the most difficult clients...to try.

14/10/2025: I was in the area for work and, after a colleague's recommendation, I decided to stop for lunch, and I have to say it was an excellent choice! The food was very good and the portions were generous. The owner was kind and welcoming. I would return.

14/11/2025: Over the years, I've noticed the quality of the focaccia bar decline; the hot dishes remain standard, but the service leaves much to be desired in terms of customer service and, above all, guys: there's no soap in the bathroom, even at 11:00 a.m. before the rush of lunch customers begins, and more attention needs to be paid to bathroom hygiene. It doesn't exist. A restaurant-bar is judged first and foremost by how well it keeps its bathrooms, not just by what's on your plate!

10/12/2025: The old-fashioned way? I wouldn't say so. In the old-fashioned way, prices were accessible to everyone, while here we're talking about one of the most expensive bakeries in Turin. A strudel (apparently burnt) costs, for example, €35 per kg (in bakeries in Alto Adige, the average is around €18). The same goes for struffoli at €59 per kg, or taralli sugna e pepe at €28, more than double the average price. These are exaggerated, even optimistically speaking, considering the quality is excellent. While quality should be valued, I don't feel like I'm fueling this type of market. But everyone should do what they think is right.

24/09/2025: The owner is the most delightful person I've met in Turin :) Her desserts are designed for well-being, fresh, with genuine ingredients, and DELICIOUS!!! We'll definitely be back with the kids! Thank you, Madam, for the pizzas with extra virgin olive oil and the sugar-free cookies! See you soon!

30/10/2025: It's a shame to have the cutting board when you've almost finished drinking the cocktail, especially cold, in a dirty outdoor area. The photos they publish don't reflect reality. It's a shame.

12/10/2025: We asked for two glasses of wine and when we paid the bill we were surprised: they were paid like coffees but at 6 euros each, a bit expensive if the average price for a glass of that wine is 3 euros.

14/03/2026: You don't even have time to sit down before they ask you to leave the table... The owner has no sense of humor whatsoever and is very arrogant. Due to the discontent of the employees and customers, I hope there will be a change of management in the future. Awful experience.

25/02/2026: Very nice place, with attention to detail and friendly staff. I stopped by to get a hot meal for my 4-year-old daughter, who was tired from skiing. I knew I'd spend more since I was on the ski slopes, but I never would have thought so much. A single plate of spaghetti with tomato sauce and a bottle of water was €22! The pasta was very good, nothing to complain about. But I would have preferred to see the menu with the prices before ordering instead of hearing them out loud (obviously, you don't have the prices). €5.50 for a bottle of water (a bit too much). I would have avoided buying it since I had it in my backpack, but it seemed unfair to tell you this out loud.

28/12/2025: A game priced at 8 euros, paid 9.90. Ok.

28/12/2025: It was known that it would be difficult to maintain and/or surpass Bianca's level, but like this... a real disappointment!! After giving them a few chances, I truly believe they are hopeless!
