30/05/2025: I went for lunch with my family and as for the food, let's say it's average for other bars As for the service, there would be something to review.... The waitress who prepared the dishes was very hasty and anxious about the queue...it can happen....but.... The sore point was the waiter who already didn't welcome me the best...in addition to the simple requests, which are part of his job, for example asking for more bread, he was very annoyed... But the thing I didn't like at all was when we asked for the oil, he showed up taking out of his pockets 1 sachet of oil and 1 of salt.... I don't think it's normal as a service method to keep oil, salt and other condiments in your pocket...I find it unhygienic and not at all professional.

01/04/2025: I asked for a vegan cappuccino, and on both occasions I was served a cappuccino with regular milk! If I had been seriously intolerant or allergic, I could have died!

05/09/2025: Excellent bakery in central Turin, with a wide variety of products and high quality. The sales assistants, especially the blonde woman, are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended; I love stopping by whenever I'm in the area.

05/09/2025: Today I stopped by this bakery for the first time and was amazed by the variety and quality of their products. The location is very convenient for people who live in the center of Turin, and the staff is kind and helpful.

12/10/2025: Perfect location and friendly staff, but the place is bare and poorly maintained. The most absurd thing is the insane prices. A cappuccino costs €4.50, a water €3, and a tiny tart like the packaged ones costs €4.50. Not even on Isola Bella or Isola Madre did you find these steal prices. Avoid.

05/10/2025: A beautiful location on the lakeside promenade, quiet, well-shaded with adequate umbrellas and a small covered veranda with a perfect view of the lake and its islands. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful lunch: a perfectly cooked entrecote and a slice of beef, along with excellent homemade desserts. The prices are a bit higher than other similar establishments, but the menu is displayed outside and you can consult it before entering. We went, and if we ever return, we'll definitely return. Money well spent for a great experience and delicious food.

My order arrived at the table in about 10-15 minutes (fair enough), but many items were missing, including drinks, sauces, and other items (and it's worth noting that it was on sale on their app). The fries were inedible, even with the sauces. The bun was either wrong or missing some ingredients. I can't comment on the nuggets, since they didn't even reach my table and I didn't try them. The drinks, especially the Coke, are undrinkable. It's also worth noting that there weren't many people there, so I expected the service to be more efficient. The service isn't the best either. When my order arrived at the table, they didn't even say hello; they left the order incomplete and walked away, taking the table number off. Let's start with the owners: one is more grumpy than the other (except for their daughter, who is always very friendly and polite but who, unfortunately, I rarely see behind the counter). It feels like they're doing you a favor when in reality you're bringing them money. They don't like animals, so if your puppy accidentally pees in there, they'll make you pay for it. And what about the rest of the staff? Valentina is fine, but Nathaly is one of the disgraces of this place. A classic busybody who wants to pry into everyone's business by pretending to be a sycophant. The result? I go get cigarettes out of necessity, and that's it. Let's add that I've never seen a receipt... Because that also needs to be said. The NAS (since they make sandwiches where they keep cigarettes) and the Guardia di Finanza (who should teach them how to use receipts and explain that those who pay by card don't have to pay a surcharge) COINCIDLY never come. Could it be that dear Mimmo, as a former Marshal, has a far-sighted eye?

16/11/2025: Too bad...I had fond memories of it a few years ago, but I didn't find the atmosphere I remembered. Everything was very neglected; the place has become gloomy, sad, and unwelcoming. The dishes and menu are still the same as back then, but they're also "neglected." I'm sorry, but for me it's lost a lot of "points."

30/10/2025: The stockfish was good, but the tripe was sour... maybe not fresh; I don't think it was due to the sauce. If it wasn't old, replace the peeled tomatoes!
