09/08/2025: Good morning, I'm sadly writing this review. Last week I drove by Via Tripoli around 1:10 to get a slice of pizza. A young woman arrogantly told me the shop was closing, despite Google saying 1:30 PM. After insisting, I finally got a pizza. Another blonde, blue-eyed woman was very rude, slamming the bag of bread on the scales and babbling swear words at her colleague. I can't stand that kind of rudeness; I'll never go back.
09/07/2025: What can I say...the pizza is good, as are the croissants and pastries. It's a shame about the lack of professionalism right from the entrance. Greetings are non-existent, the shop is staffed by 5-6 people and a sales assistant (wearing glasses) goes back and forth without serving, and people are waiting. It's a shame because the food isn't bad, but I don't think I'll go back.

13/12/2025: I had already promised myself I wouldn't return after tasting the rudeness of the cashier and the focaccia (awful, like the pizza). Today I made the mistake of returning because I was just passing through, and no, we just can't handle treating customers well. Brange's infamous rudeness struck again. This time the problem was asking to use the debit card for an amount the cashier said was too low. The time before, I still didn't get the right change. I'll take away the problem of the cents and the commission, so I won't repeat the same mistake.
I won't mention how the staff behind the counter are treated. All things considered, I'm happy to just not go there again.

02/04/2026: The bakery is OK, though a bit pricey. The self-service bar is pretty good. The only downside is that they often say the bathroom isn't working (probably to keep certain people away), when by law, there must be a bathroom.

06/05/2026: If I could give zero stars, I would. The quality of the food was so poor, the bacon was so raw, the cutlet tasted of oil and was even cold. The only acceptable thing was the bread. Maybe you should change jobs, because you're making people feel bad. Truly squalid.
06/05/2026: Takeaway sandwich, 2 sandwiches with chicken cutlet, bacon, tomato, mayonnaise, and salad. The bread was excellent. It's a shame that the cutlet only tasted of oil, and the bacon was put raw inside the sandwich. They ruined such a good bread. My wife threw it away right after charging for the raw bacon. I was hungry, being in the hospital, so I tried to eat a little, but I got to halfway and threw it away. It's a shame because it would have been enough to cook 2 products and it would have been an excellent sandwich.

10/12/2025: We happened upon breakfast by chance: two cappuccinos and two small croissants for €8.
The croissants were old and not fresh. The staff were very rude and unsmiling, both the lady at the counter and the gentleman at the register. The atmosphere was not very welcoming.

02/05/2026: Since coffee is on the price list displayed at the entrance, we enter and politely ask if she can make us two. The lady at the counter looks at us askance and tells us in an extremely rude tone that she doesn't offer coffee service. I would suggest updating the price list so as not to waste people's time. I would also suggest a little courtesy, or at least respect, especially in a job where people work in front of the public.
02/05/2026: He displays the menu with the price of coffee. We go in to ask for a coffee and are shooed away in an annoyed tone.
I would advise not to give false information and to be polite.

18/07/2025: Fantastic food, excellent sandwiches, perfect Iranian pizza, and delicious mini pizzas. More than fair value, though it's a shame the place is small and slightly hidden.
05/06/2025: The worst Kebab and joje that I ever had!! Joje wasnt cooked from inside, and the outside was burn. Also the Kobide wasn’t taste like a proper meat at all! Awful taste . And so hard and dry. Their servic was poor, they forgot to give you cutlery’s. Also there was a dog in the kitchen!! It’s not hygienic at all, keeping a dog near foods and vegetables. It was belongs to one of the staff, I took a photo of it when it came of the kitchen. I would never eat anything there again!

24/01/2026: Every time, something's missing. I get two Happy Meals and one drive-thru menu, and the Coke on the menu is missing. Last week, a regular burger was missing. I'd say we should be a little more careful, and next time I'm at the drive-thru, I'll carefully check that everything is there! It's not the fact that I paid, but the fact that I eat
the McD without Coke that makes me nervous.
