16/06/2025: terrible experience. they yelled at us because we asked to pay our bill with the card. without it being written anywhere that you have to spend a minimum of, first 3€ from a colleague, then 5€ from another. they told us that before ordering we have to announce how we want to pay as if in any other bar in the city you can't pay by card. then they yelled at us and said that we have to pay their commissions from THEIR BAR. IF YOU WANT TO OPEN A BAR IN THE CITY THERE ARE COMMISSIONS TO PAY AT YOUR EXPENSE. TAKE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AND GROW WITH THE WORLD. the problem with italy is the stubborn people who don't want to evolve. for two coffees they wanted to charge us more and obviously since this rule is not written anywhere we refused. rude. Answer: I remind you that we went to the counter to order the coffee, we brought them to the table AND THEN we brought them inside the counter when we were finished WHAT TABLE SERVICE. 01/05/2025: Posto molto curato. Gelato buono, formula originale con là possibilità di abbinare alla base molti tipi di topping. Peccato il servizio forse un po’ lento, comunque esperienza positiva.

27/03/2025: Ad alba per pranzo , prima di andare a casa decidiamo di concederci un gelato Buono lo zabaione fatto al momento , ma il gelato no! Senza sapore! Smunto! Non ne vale la pena

22/11/2025: The worst pizza I've ever eaten!! The dough felt like chewing gum, the toppings were sparse and poorly done. Out of three pizzas, no one finished it. I'll refrain from commenting on the reheated farinata, which was a finger thick. Prices are outrageous, and if I'm not mistaken, they're not even displayed. Never again!!

15/11/2025: At lunchtime, it's always the best of all the places we've tried. Unfortunately, we returned after a while, and the staff, which has changed since a year ago, leaves much to be desired. I found them very cold, almost annoyed; a little smile wouldn't hurt.

08/03/2025: In giro per baveno in cerca di un bel posto per cenare, ci consigliano questo ristorante. Cameriere molto gentile e professionale, locale accogliente ed elegante. Scelta di piatti limitata ma di ottima qualità, con porzioni adeguate.

06/10/2025: A trattoria-pizzeria in the hilly area of ​​Pinerolo. The location is certainly inviting, but the interior is showing signs of age, and even more so, a lack of attention to detail (for example, the large windows have a fair amount of cobwebs, and the coffee area at the entrance is cluttered with things thrown together). The staff is extremely kind and friendly. I ordered two pizzas, both of which were rather tasteless and a bit hard to digest. Prices are truly reasonable. It's a shame; the ambiance and cuisine could use some more attention.
