02/04/2026: Today my sister and I went to 20, which would probably be the fifth time we've gone together. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The aperitif was exquisite and delicious. Their prices are unbeatable compared to the average in Alessandria. The place is truly beautiful and spacious. I recommend it for an aperitif to share, dinner, or something else, as the atmosphere is pleasant. Go there, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it!!!!!!
09/03/2026: Good morning, this morning, March 9, at 6:30 a.m., on my way to work, I decided to treat myself to a nice croissant like yours with lots of nice chocolate. I really like them... and I also decided to get a nice take-away cappuccino to drink while it's hot before going to work... but unfortunately, the lady who was serving the bar, busy chatting with a guy at the counter, paid more attention to him, serving me a nice cold cappuccino... a serious failure both towards the customer and in terms of professionalism... the lady needs to review the basic rules of catering... I'll try again... let's hope for the best, I'm confident...

03/02/2026: The savory snacks were very good. We weren't thrilled with the pastry shop...we didn't really like the creams and whipped cream (but that's a personal preference). The staff was very friendly.
25/12/2025: I ordered a small cake with a chocolate-filled sponge cake. Instead, I received a huge cake, almost 2 kg, with a dry, grainy, and inedible sponge cake with a texture I couldn't even begin to understand.
As if that weren't enough, the tray, which weighed a full 350 grams, wasn't tare-checked, forcing me to pay about €8 more. When I pointed this out, they replied, "We usually never tare." 🤣 Only later was my money refunded.
Between the wrong cake, terrible quality, and inappropriate behavior when it came to the bill, I seriously wonder if this person is even qualified.

01/09/2025: Passing by one summer evening, I "just" wanted a coffee, it was around 7:45 pm, I went in and asked for a coffee, the bartender waved his hand at me as if to say "goodnight" and told me he had already washed the car... now apart from the fact that there are ways of saying things, but I don't think making a coffee would make the car that dirty... he won't see me again not even for a stamp

09/03/2026: Yesterday afternoon outing with friends we stopped for a drink, 2 skecherati coffees coffee and ice terrible result, my partner takes a spritz and asks if it is possible to have some snacks, answer I can't bring anything if you want we have crisps in the bags, maybe it's NOT your job... I definitely won't go back there again
06/03/2026: Don't drink coffee with milk on the terrace! It's a cover charge! 4.00 Euros! It seems to be the general rule here too 😲

31/01/2026: I was invited by hunting friends to try woodcock. The risotto with woodcock sauce was excellent, as were the homemade tagliolini made by the chef. It was a surprise for me! From appetizer to dessert, everything was excellent. I'll start by saying that I'm not particularly interested in either. The location and service, in an old trattoria, are excellent. I love the aromas and flavors of the past, which I found excellent. I'll be back soon.

19/04/2026: Historic place, but average cleanliness. It also opens at 8:00 a.m. and the croissants are ready at 8:30 a.m., so breakfast is available in installments.
It's nice that everyone is young, but it could be improved.
23/01/2026: It's been years since I've been to Deiro for a good hot chocolate... I had it a few days ago, and it wasn't even close to the ones I remembered, uniquely dense. Now it's runny, like so many others...
As for the ambiance, despite the original furnishings, it could use a little updating, keeping with tradition but not smelling musty...
