A real shame. We've been to Rainbow Sushi 3.0 three times, and the experience has been extremely mixed. The first visit, on a Saturday for lunch, was excellent: impeccable service, a very kind waiter, and incredibly fresh food, with freshly prepared fried foods and dishes crafted with attention to detail. The next two visits, however, showed a marked decline. On a weekday, the staff was sparse and the service chaotic; the fish wasn't as fresh as the first time, the fried food seemed reheated, and the presentation (which had impressed us so much the first time) had become very sloppy. The following Sunday, too, the quality was inconsistent: the fried food was good, but the fish wasn't up to par. Added to all this is an ordering system that often leads to errors, with dishes not ordered or dishes that are slow to arrive. Overall, a place with very friendly staff and obvious potential, but with far too inconsistent management.
