Cremeria del Piazzo in Biella is a pleasant stop, especially for a sweet treat in a historic location. The place is welcoming and well-kept, with a warm atmosphere that invites you to linger, perfect for a snack. We stopped for a hot chocolate accompanied by traditional local biscuits. We tried the dark hot chocolate with cream, intense and well-balanced, enriched with a creamy and well-structured whipped cream, which complements the whole experience without being overpowering. The canestrelli, typical biscuits of Biella, were a pleasant discovery: simple but truly delicious, ideal with hot chocolate. The staff is young and friendly, contributing to a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Overall, the value for money is good, and in my opinion, it's a worthwhile stop, especially if you want to indulge in a sweet treat in a charming historical setting.
