18/10/2025: Thieves!! They charged me an extra wine without even noticing! Poor quality wine and super cheap extra dry prosecco!

11/10/2025: Very basic atmosphere, crazy prices for the quality and location, questionable and dirty chairs/tables, dirty glasses. A coffee is two euros, a half-cup of water is two. Not recommended.

09/09/2025: Nice place with plenty of parking. Modern. The only flaw is the prices could use a bit of a shake. A €7 Spritz in a plastic glass, without even appetizers, is truly excessive, especially considering we're in Orbassano and not in a central area. Not even in Turin's Piazza Vittorio do I pay €7 for a Spritz, and in the few bars where I pay €6-7, they bring at least two appetizers. Plus, I can say I'm in the center of Turin.

29/03/2026: We were there for a children's play activity. The setting is rural, but the restaurant is a completely new facility with an adjoining playground. The menu is varied and excellently prepared and presented. The chef comes by to make sure everything is appreciated. The wait staff is friendly and very helpful. The price is reasonable.

16/03/2026: Sale in Zucca never disappoints: a family atmosphere, meticulously prepared cuisine, friendly and courteous staff, ample parking, and a spacious outdoor area. Highly recommended.

22/11/2025: The food is good, the staff is friendly, and the place is clean, but unfortunately the wait times are biblical. Another detail that I find out of step with the times is the lack of a menu. The choice of dishes is listed by the owner when you order, but the price is a surprise at the cash register and not really appropriate for the type of place.

15/04/2026: After reading several mixed reviews, I'd like to share my experience, which was overwhelmingly positive. I chose Tana della Volpe for a surprise celebration of my husband's 50th birthday: the snowmobile ride and dinner in the mountain hut made for an extraordinary evening. The mountain hut is located in an incredible location at 2,600 meters above Sestriere. The exterior doesn't quite convey its charm, but the interior is a true gem: entirely made of wood and furnished in perfect Alpine style, warm and welcoming. The menu offers 4-5 dishes per course, all traditional, and a solid wine list. Special mention goes to the mille-feuille birthday cake with Chantilly cream and chocolate, which was truly exquisite. Massimo, the owner, was extremely kind and available both by email and throughout the evening. The bill is a bit above average, but for such a special occasion and the exclusivity of the experience, it was absolutely worth it.

11/03/2026: From the chairlift's arrival, we noticed the sign for dinner with a snowmobile and decided to make a reservation. After about 20 minutes of a wonderful climb through the snow and stars, we went to the restaurant with a charming window overlooking Sestriere. The location was impeccably maintained, the service truly excellent, warm and attentive, and the food was top-notch. A constant wow factor, we were very pleasantly surprised. We spent 50 euros each, including 25 euros for the snowmobile taxi service, for an appetizer, first course, dessert, and wine—very affordable prices for such high quality.

06/10/2025: Very friendly staff, good and crispy pizza, the only downside is the bad-tasting draft beer with no flat foam.

26/09/2025: Since I didn't have any cash and the Alice POS at Conad wasn't working, this evening I tried to get some pizza from Rom'antialca. Three slices of pizza (1 Margherita, 1 spicy red pizza, and 1 red pizza with olives) and 1 cacio e pepe supplì, takeout, total €17.50. The dough and cooking were perfect, the ingredients were a disaster, the sauce was sour, the olives tasted stale. Only the Margherita was good, and the supplì had a sweet aftertaste, like lemon/vanilla. Unfortunately, we threw it all away. Never again! Besides, for that price I would have gotten two real pizzas from Rosso Pomodoro 100 meters away. My mistake! 😔

27/04/2026: I sat down with some friends for an aperitif. They brought me a Hugo Spritz, which was nothing more than a glass of wine diluted with water. Afterwards, we went back for lunch, as we were at the theater across the street for a sporting event. The food was quite good. When it came time to pay, we asked if we could have a coffee, and the owner arrogantly told us that the coffee machine (a professional bar one) was for his personal use only. He reiterated that the Caffè degli Artisti is not a coffee shop, which was very rude. I found myself having an aperitif there again with some friends, and when it came time to pay, he annoyedly told me he doesn't split bills, even though he had done so just an hour earlier. I advise everyone against going there, and I advise him to learn how to interact with the public, because that's essential in his job, rather than responding in kind to all the negative reviews, because they're all true!

05/03/2026: Excellent veal tonè, excellent toasted sandwiches with pastrami and raschera cheese, excellent wines. And very friendly owners, including Guido. :-)

08/03/2026: A gem a little out of the way, which is a plus. Very cute and well-maintained. The owners are unobtrusive but present. The food is excellent!!! If I really had to find a negative, it would be the size of my carbonara, which was a bit too much; I didn't finish it... Excellent value for money. I'll be back in the spring to eat outside. Well done.

04/03/2026: I ordered a set menu. Simple, but tempting. Big disappointment, the pasta wasn't cooked. The waitress's response: "Sono al dente, siamo in Italia…" 😩 And that was that… I'd been there a while ago and it was good. I won't be going back…

11/04/2026: Styrofoam in the ice cream 3 a lemon pip (strawberry cup ice cream) The brioches are usually good, but I don't know if it's the time (11 p.m.) Usually it's good

09/04/2026: There are three bars in a row, this one has the least crowds of all. Find out why.... Acidity in speech is the order of the day. The coffee served tastes like dish soap. The pastries may be good, even very good—I've tried them once before—but the atmosphere is gloomy thanks to the treatment they give you.

23/12/2025: Visited the store today. The staff was rushed and rude; they seemed to be in a hurry to get customers out. The product was mediocre; I won't be returning.

09/07/2025: I went on the recommendation of a friend because I'm severely gluten intolerant, but like almost all gluten-intolerant people, I'm also intolerant to dairy products, including lactose and casein. I was disappointed to notice that cheese is used without any problems in the pizzas, so I couldn't buy anything because the non-cheese focaccia was sold out. I also encountered this problem at another store in Ciriè, where they also made and sold gluten-free desserts, although unfortunately they were made with milk and butter. I'd like to shed light on this issue, which customers may be completely unaware of. I find it completely pointless to dedicate a section to gluten-free products unless you also remove dairy products. I can't comment because I left immediately.

04/05/2026: The staff were very unpleasant, especially the woman at the till who also served the sandwiches. She was rude and threw our sandwiches onto the counter as if they were dirty... Avoid this place, even for the mediocre sandwiches.

16/01/2026: Nice pastry shop on the foothills, but unfortunately the barley coffee was among the worst I've ever had, the regular one wasn't particularly good, and I doubt the croissant was made with pure butter as advertised; it was doughy and undercooked... and as for the buttery scent, it was absent. It may have been a coincidence, but unfortunately, we didn't enjoy it.
