I've read mixed reviews for this restaurant. We stopped for lunch, and all the first courses were good. The tagliolini were especially good, but also the risotto and tortelli. Very friendly staff.

The restaurant is located in the small square between the historic streets, and the exterior is very pleasant. The service is attentive and fast (sometimes too fast). The food is nothing special, and the menu is a bit touristy with standard dishes. The flan was fresh from the microwave and a bit mushy, while the agnolotti were too many and ultimately disgusting. I expected more from a restaurant.

We had a very pleasant time on the terrace of this charming little restaurant. Impeccable service (Laura was very friendly and efficient). Everything was completely homemade. We will gladly return. French, English, and of course Italian are spoken!

We were somewhat influenced by the reviews and tried the Trattoria due Piccioni restaurant. Unfortunately, we weren't particularly impressed. I had the bread with a pâté as a starter, which was quite alright. My partner had a mixed platter that was too acidic. For my main course, I had the tortellini with eggplant filling and a very bland tomato sauce. It was okay, but I admit I had hoped for something more. My partner had the ravioli with a lamb sauce. This was significantly more flavorful. We were both rather underwhelmed. Of course, it's possible that other dishes are better. The service was very friendly and efficient.

A restaurant serving good (real) food amidst this sea of ​​mediocre establishments is a real find. A bit more expensive, of course, but very reasonably priced. Friendly and professional service. The large terrace is lovely on the square in the summer.

Cute Italian restaurant. Cozy and comfortable atmosphere. It also has outdoor seatings. Ordered fried seafood and deer meat stewed. Tasty and fresh. Definitely worth a visit when you are in Stresa.

12/08/2026: A small lakefront kiosk where you can relax and enjoy an aperitif. Reasonable prices and friendly staff.
10/08/2026: Pleasant place with a lake view. I'd say the food and beverages are good. The staff is young but efficient. So, well done guys. Keep up the good work, always paying attention to your customers, and you can never go wrong! Well done. I recommend this place.
