17/05/2025: On May 2nd we celebrated our wedding at Cascina Ranverso. Everything was wonderful, from the organization in the days before, to the services offered, up to the wedding day itself. The catering service was excellent both in terms of quality and total attention and dedication to each guest. The place was taken care of in every detail, the staff was very kind, helpful and really attentive to any need, whether culinary or organizational. The rooms to spend the night in are beautiful, furnished with great care as is every corner of this extraordinary Cascina. The parking is large and convenient, the Cascina is accessible and suitable for children who spent a very fun day. Everything was absolutely perfect, thanks to the staff, the chef and Noemi for allowing us to celebrate such an important day in a superlative way.

06/05/2025: We took part in a communion... the choice of location was really right! The place outside is well looked after, surrounded by greenery and a landscape that forms the perfect setting. The internal room is rustic with exposed bricks and large modern windows. The food for the event is the result of traditional dishes enriched with refined combinations, pleasing to the palate... all good in short! Too bad there wasn't an encore😅 certainly recommended

05/06/2025: Una garanzia ogni volta! Frequentiamo questo ristorante da tempo e ogni volta è un’esperienza che ci conferma perché continuiamo a tornare. La cucina è sempre eccellente: piatti preparati con cura, ingredienti di qualità e sapori che non deludono mai. Che si tratti di un pranzo veloce o di una cena più rilassata, il livello è sempre altissimo. L’ambiente è bellissimo: arredamento curato nei minimi dettagli, elegante ma accogliente, con un’atmosfera che ti fa sentire subito a casa. Il personale è un altro punto di forza: gentile, professionale, attento e sempre sorridente. Si ricordano di noi, ci fanno sentire ospiti speciali ogni volta. Un posto dove si torna sempre volentieri e che consigliamo a chi cerca qualità, stile e cortesia.

04/06/2025: YOU WON'T FIND AN INNIKE LIKE THIS ANYWHERE!!! We stayed at Gianfranco's in mid-May, unaware of where we were going; it was the best choice! A well-kept location and impeccably clean, rooms with every type of comfort (very comfortable beds) and tastefully furnished. The second icing on the cake is the attention that the owner gives to you and the needs of your stay. The cuisine is comparable to starred restaurants both for taste and quality, and for attention to detail, menus with typical Monviso and Piedmontese dishes with zero-mile vegetables from the property's garden, Gianfranco is also an expert wine enthusiast and boasts a cellar with an astonishing number of labels, he will surely be able to recommend the right one for your palate. Fabulous location at the foot of Monviso, convenient for anyone who wants to visit the area. Prices considering the type of service and honest quality! We will return without a shadow of a doubt!

26/04/2025: I went on April 25th we ate really well, for each course they changed the dish and between the first and second courses they changed the cutlery, you don't find this service in a restaurant and when they saw that the water jug ​​was almost empty they changed it for you

01/06/2025: Parafrasando una nota trasmissione televisiva, questo ristorante ubicato nella parte antica del bellissimo borgo di Monforte d’Alba merita a nostro avviso le seguenti valutazioni: Location 9: il locale è veramente suggestivo e molto caratteristico; Servizio 10: le due ragazze che ci hanno servito sono state di una gentilezza, efficienza e attenzione assolutamente eccellenti; Menù 5: ci dispiace, ma i cibi gustati non sono stati assolutamente all’altezza del locale e dello standard della cucina delle Langhe; preparazione delle pietanze ma soprattutto materie prime da migliorare e scegliere con più attenzione; Conto 6: tutto sommato giusto rispetto a ciò che abbiamo mangiato (ma avremmo preferito pagare anche di più però mangiando meglio). Peccato perchè il locale meriterebbe un menù migliore.

23/05/2025: Locale storico in borgo San Paolo dove ero statoa cena con amici almeno.15 anni fa con ottimi ricordi culinari...stasera sono ritornato volentieri con mia moglie per ricercare il fritto misto di pesce e siamo usciti assolutamente soddisfatti!! Abbiamo scelto di mangiare nel dehor molto accogliente ed abbiamo ordinato impepata di cozze sarde in saor ed il fritto misto che abbiamo chiesto senza i pesciolini e le verdure in pastella stile Romagna..molto leggero ed abbondante!! Per finire in bellezza semifreddo allo zabaione e meringata alla cioccolata calda!! Tutto molto buono ed accompagnato da un servizio curato e gentile!! Ottima rapporto qualità prezzo!! Da ritornare per provare i primi e le altre proposte del menù!

Not greasy, crunchy, perfectly cooked. The swordfish with sweet and sour vegetables is delicious. Delicious turbot, perfect cooking. Everything else is good too. The owner is very friendly, a really nice person. SUPER GOOD KEEP IT UP. Update September 7th. Inzimino cuttlefish. Fabulous, a butter, delicate taste that releases a sense of velvety and delicate flavor on the palate. Absolutely worth trying. Update October 11th. Super delicious, exceptional fried food. Stratospheric stuffed squid with fabulous butter. Super good octopus with artichokes. After having lunch you leave happy. Always super fabulous. VERY GOOD. Update June 19th. 01/06/2025: All delicious! We arrived here in 20 minutes from Pettenasco and it was a very pleasant discovery. The welcome from the house was excellent, the dishes we tasted (all fish-based) were exquisite. Highly recommended.

It was mouth watering, the friendly, friendly service and the right amount of time between one meal and another. More than 5 stars, we'll add another 5. Highly recommended. We will return soon

26/06/2025: Always impeccable, every time my family and I come, we have been customers for years now, we always have a good time. The food is always of a higher level than average, the rooms are nice, there is everything you could wish for. And then, they have a small lake with a walk you can take that is always nice.

28/05/2025: Siamo stati oggi, mercoledì, io e mia moglie. Giro di antipasti, secondi e dolce. Tutto veramente buono, anche se il secondo di cervo era veramente eccezionale. Dolci sublimi e personale cortese. Non è sicuramente tra I più economici, ma i prezzi, per la qualità dei cibi delle portate che ci hanno servito, è sicuramente congruo. Noi, a testa, abbiamo preso 4 antipasti e il secondo (una tagliata di bovino e una di cervo) e il dolce, per 85 euro. Il posto poi è tranquillo e rilassante. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

14/06/2025: Very nice location, really friendly and attentive waiting staff. Excellent food. We had dinner in five and we ordered both pizzas and second courses, everything really very good, excellent raw materials and gourmet pizzas. Very pleasant culinary experience. We will definitely return.
