14/11/2025: I discovered this restaurant thanks to my brother, and this evening I finally had the chance to try it with him. I can only say that I've never eaten such a good fish soup in my life. A top-notch restaurant with helpful and courteous staff. All the ingredients are top-quality and expertly prepared. We'll definitely be back.

08/11/2025: At La Madia, you can eat very interesting, high-quality dishes, and the service is excellent. The only downside is the wait between courses; I hope the wait was a coincidence. In any case, it was a positive culinary experience.

I have to come back to try other dishes because they have so many good options. Half portions are available at a lower cost, or full portions. The place is really small, so reservations are a must.

05/10/2025: I celebrated my wedding just yesterday at Valle del Prato, and it was a fabulous day. Emiliano and his wife are two exquisite restaurateurs with extraordinary kindness. Every dish served was incredibly delicious and meticulously prepared. My wife and I, and all our guests, were treated like kings and queens. The location speaks for itself, its enchanting beauty almost like something out of a fairytale. I must emphasize that 5 stars are far too few to express how happy I was to celebrate my wedding here. If you enjoy good wine, good food, gracious hospitality, and the lush greenery of the countryside, you absolutely must stop here at Valle del Prato. We will definitely be back ❤️

31/10/2025: My husband and I from Genoa had dinner this evening here in this wonderful village and in this delightful mountain hut stop where time seems to have stopped, the chests, the wooden tables, the grandfather's chairs and the food... well, sublime, all genuine, home-made, super portions, reasonable prices, we will definitely return, thanks ❤️

15/09/2025: First of all, the staff is truly friendly and pleasant. The ingredients are top-notch. I couldn't find anything wrong with them. Everything was perfect. The selection of appetizers was sublime, and every course was of the highest quality, from the prosciutto crudo to the carne crudo with bagna cáuda. And considering the quantity and the second helpings offered, I would have been pleasantly full already. But I had the Fritto Misto alla Piemontese. I thought I wouldn't be able to finish it, but it was so good I even had second helpings. The house wine was excellent, almost 3 liters. 🤗🤗... with coffee, grappa, and bitters. I just couldn't finish dessert, I was so full. The only downside is that I can't go every night. The price? Considering the quality and quantity, we didn't spend much. Congratulations!! You are truly excellent!!

18/09/2025: A fine restaurant with an eye for detail. The food is well-prepared, and the service is impeccable. However, with its Michelin-starred restaurant, it's not suitable for those on a tight budget. Booking ahead is recommended.

17/09/2025: I am used to good restaurants and am relatively demanding. But here, I am amazed by so much mastery. Whether in the kitchen, the service and the atmosphere in general, nothing is left out at Hazard. I have never eaten gnocchi and a fillet of beef (ceps) so well prepared and so good. Even more surprising is the price which is very affordable in any case for the quality offered. I only have one word to say: bravo to you and congratulations. Remember to book, they are victims of their success.

19/10/2025: Terrible service (they carried bottles of water to the table under their armpits). Only three of the four pizzas arrived, and after asking about them, the fourth arrived a quarter of an hour later, incorrect and incredibly salty. Terrible grilled meat and raw vegetables on the side. The coffee order was also wrong. A disaster.

02/11/2025: A superb culinary experience, especially recommended for rice lovers. The venue is the former restaurant of the Hotel Cinzia in Vercelli. The location is rather unassuming, with a dining room that isn't particularly modern, but the atmosphere is decidedly relaxed and ideal for a lunch or dinner for two or with a few friends. The menu is varied and interesting, but needless to say, the specialty here is risotto in all its variations, crafted and cooked with extreme skill and respect for the ingredients. The menu is truly extensive and interesting. We opted for the three-course tasting menu, which fully satisfied our appetite, but for those with a sweet tooth, there's also the seven-course menu or the option of à la carte. I recommend trying at least one of the four canned risottos, each more exquisite than the last, with a special mention for the tailored coffee and parmesan cream risotto. The service is very attentive, although not particularly fast due to the lengthy preparation times (not suitable for those in a hurry). The bill is absolutely fair and in line with the quality of the dishes offered. The small pastries served with coffee are also highly appreciated. In short, the Costardi brothers confirm their position as masters of rice, in an area where excellence is the rule.

10/11/2025: Every time I go, I want to leave with the whole shop. I've never had zeppole this good, not even in Naples. The prices are fair. The pastry shop is also delicious. Honestly, it's my favorite place to treat myself to a delicious snack. Congratulations!

07/10/2025: A very charming and quaint atmosphere, inspired by the world of cycling, quiet, intimate, and suffused. The staff is courteous, attentive, and friendly. The service is prompt and precise. The dishes are exquisite, inspired by French bistro cuisine. A dive into the French Alps of yesteryear. All at reasonable prices.
