20/08/2025: What can I say? A fantastic experience, excellent quality food. We were craving burgers, so we limited ourselves, but the meat selection is truly vast and top-quality. Definitely worth trying again. The place is very well-maintained, even quite romantic, and the staff is so kind that it's hard to find these days. Highly recommended 🤩🤩🤩

19/08/2025: The quality meats were truly excellent. We ordered two tastings with custom doneness. Delicious side dishes and other interesting dishes on the menu are also available, which we'll try next time. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. 03/06/2025: I moved on Saturday 31 May 2025, I wanted to thank the owners, the staff and the chefs, it was a fantastic wedding, Grazia and Roberta make you feel like a princess, they treated me as if I were a member of the family, it was an excellent wedding, the food was delicious and the staff was super qualified. Roberta took care of me and my sclerosis and made herself available 100%, I couldn't have wished for anything better! 23/07/2025: My tour of typical (Italian) trattorias, not all of which I've reviewed, continues. I finally got to visit Bruschetta di Cavallirio. The first time, I couldn't because there was no room. What can I say? ❓️ As happens in many trattorias that reserve almost every day of the week for a specialty, I happened upon it on Friday, July 17th, the day of the week reserved for fried calamari. The set menu with water, coffee, wine, or soft drink costs €13 with three choices each of first course, second course, and two side dishes. I chose penne all'arrabbiata, fried calamari, and sautéed carrots and peas. Impeccable service, with plenty of waiters in the dining room and a cheerful atmosphere among the patrons. Simplicity and authenticity always pay off...

19/07/2025: We found this place while looking for a traditional restaurant in the Monferrato area. The young man who served us was extremely kind; the only flaw was that he didn't provide us with a menu, but instead listed the options verbally in great detail. We opted for the cold appetizers, which were all extremely good and served on a tray. We could also order a larger portion upon request without any extra charge. We also ordered a hot dish, and since we were full, we asked to take away the leftovers, and everything was prepared for us without any problems. Overall, a very positive experience. However, I recommend using the menu with a price list to avoid surprises (which we didn't have, as we paid a more than fair bill) and to cover any allergens. The young man, probably with a hotel training background, is a true professional. Kind, quick, and professional. Highly recommended. The location's rating is low because the place has remained frozen in time for at least twenty years, and because the small outdoor terrace with a view hadn't been set up even though it was July. Recommended.

05/08/2025: Un posto dove si respira davvero aria di casa. Appena entrati si percepisce quell’atmosfera genuina, semplice ma curata, che ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio. L’antipasto a buffet è uno di quei dettagli che non si vedono più spesso: generoso, vario e con sapori autentici. C’è la possibilità di scegliere un menù a prezzo fisso. Il menu’ alla carta ricco di piatti della tradizione piemontese, quelli fatti come si deve. E se la giornata lo permette, si può anche mangiare nel dehor, cosa che rende il pranzo ancora più piacevole. Il personale di sala è simpatico, disponibile e capace: ti seguono con attenzione senza mai essere invadenti, creando quell’atmosfera rilassata che in una trattoria si apprezza sempre. Un plauso speciale alla crema zabaglione con biscotti: fatta come una volta, con quel sapore autentico che ti riporta ai dolci della nonna. È stato il modo perfetto per concludere la mia sosta qui, durante un bel giro in moto. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
