Everything was perfect. The location is in the center of Cuneo, in a historic building. The food was wonderful, from appetizers to dessert, and even the wine. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Not to be missed.

We've been in Cuneo for years for work, and this osteria is a regular stop. The steak tartare is unbeatable. Beautiful place, excellent service, and a top-notch wine list.

If you want to eat truly well, you must try this restaurant; it's exceptional! Three top chefs: Simone for the first courses (his curry pilaf rice and ravioli del plin with brown stock are excellent), Christian for the second courses (his guinea fowl in wine is a dream), and Jahk (Filipino), who makes the best bonet I've ever had. The owner is there to recommend wines, and Anas, a very attentive waiter, will guide you through your choices. Lastly, I'd like to point out that the wait times for the dishes are minimal. This is a restaurant not to be missed! It goes without saying that reservations are recommended.

Restaurant located on a small street in the old town. We were seated in the small ground-floor room, as the beautiful upstairs room, with its coffered ceiling, was reserved for a private group. The service was very friendly and spoke Italian. The handwritten menu is also in Italian. The website is well-designed, with the menu in both Italian and English. However, the dishes are not all identical in the dining room, on the menu displayed at the restaurant's entrance, and on the website... an update is needed. Wi-Fi is available. The dishes were excellent, well-prepared and presented, using high-quality ingredients. We had a wonderful time at this restaurant and highly recommend it.

11/07/2026: Hotel in the center of the San Bartolomeo hamlet, on the road leading to Cettosa di Pesio. Convenient for hiking and bike tours. Meticulously maintained and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast and à la carte restaurant. It deserves an extra star.
18/05/2026: We returned to this hotel, and I must say it's a guarantee: beautiful, newly renovated rooms, convenient location for hiking in the Pesio Valley, excellent restaurant, fair prices, and above all, the extremely friendly and professional staff and management. Osteria Senza Fretta

16/06/2026: We visited Osteria Senza Fretta for the first time last night, and what a wonderful experience it was. The restaurant truly lives up to its name. For the first time in ages, my wife and I didn't feel rushed while dining. The service was impeccable and flawless from start to finish, with excellent attention to detail in every dish that was served. It felt almost dreamlike, enjoying beautifully prepared fresh food while listening to the gentle sound of the fountain and classical music in the background. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and elegant. What impressed us even more was seeing the head chef personally come out to serve some of the dishes. Such humility is rare to find. The lady head chef has created some truly outstanding dishes, full of creativity and flavour. Our waiter was excellent as well, providing attentive service throughout the evening. His knowledge of the English language was greatly appreciated and made the experience even more enjoyable. 10/06/2026: Osteria Senza Fretta is one of those places where you immediately feel at home as soon as you walk in. We were guests for dinner. The location is elegant and understated. But what is most striking is the courtesy, the welcome, and the quality of the cuisine. Passion and professionalism shine through in the management and customer service. All this, with excellent value for money. Keep up the good work.
