Fantastic experience. Excellent dishes and a global experience that is not easily forgotten, in fact... you can't wait to go back! Everything perfect, the only note on the side room which is, perhaps, a little anonymous and cold compared to the main room

I took a trip, I ate first with my eyes and nostrils, I tasted excellent wines paired with individual dishes pampered by a professional but not intrusive staff, all in an elegant place with a view of a small garden. Mr. Giovanni gave me a gift by taking me into the kitchen and introducing me to his team and exchanging 2 words with them and seeing them at work was exciting. I had lunch with a tasting menu with 9 courses including 3 desserts paired with wines and I assure you that you leave satisfied. With coffee It is given as a small, exquisite gift to take away. The price is in keeping with the experience you have.

Very high level restaurant in the center of San Maurizio Canavese.
Very refined and elaborate dishes, all explained clearly and thoroughly by the chef. It requires a certain gastronomic culture and also a good palate to be able to fully enjoy what is served.
Impeccable service.
Ample parking in the nearby square. Very attentive staff.
The only note I want to make is that I ate in a room where the rumble was very loud and at times I struggled to hear anyone close to me. It would be useful to intervene to reduce reverberation and guarantee greater comfort for customers

Ristorante stellato in un ambiente moderno. Esperienza personale é stata fantastica, ho provato il menù gastronomico con i vini in abbinamento, sapori e abbinamenti ottimi. Prezzi alti ma lo consiglio, almeno una volta in occasioni speciali bisogna sperimentare questa eleganza di gusti!

Sono stata in questo ristorante in occasione dei 70 anni di mia madre e il locale è stato all’altezza dell’importante evento.
Accoglienza, struttura e servizio ineccepibili e cibo e presentazione dei piatti meritevoli della stella che portano.
Un ringraziamento al sommelier che ci ha consigliato due bottiglie adeguate ad accompagnare i nostri menù.
Consigliato per occasioni speciali.
