The young waitress was very unfriendly, no smile, nothing, dishes slammed down on the table... Why? Bad day, stress? The older owner, however, was very friendly. The food was good.

I used the restaurant for my wedding reception. The wait staff is very attentive to the guests' needs, and Maria Grazia was always super kind in answering last-minute questions and concerns! The setting is wonderful, and the view of Covconato and the surrounding countryside is breathtaking! And what about the food? I tried it twice before the wedding reception and fell in love with it. I can only say that every time I'm in the area, I'll definitely stop by and enjoy the wonderful food!

Historic Piedmontese restaurant overlooking the Coccolato hills. Fast and helpful service. The food is good but traditional in its approach; the leg and mixed fried fish are excellent.

We went for dinner. Excellent food, central location, and impeccable service. Highly recommended! Compliments to the young and super professional waiter (I think his name was Stefano).

We had a wonderful lunch here. Over the past two weeks of our holiday, we tried quite a few restaurants – Cannon d'Oro was by far the best. Highly recommended!

26/05/2026: The starter (mixed tartare, vitello tonnato, and anchovies) and fusilli (with zucchini and a few pieces of green bell pepper here and there) were disappointing; perhaps I expected more after the glowing reviews with accompanying photos. It wasn't surprising, but it wasn't bad either. The service was very friendly, but after the main course, it became impossible to make contact; they also didn't ask if I wanted dessert or coffee (even though it was a quiet evening). After 30 minutes, I gave up and just paid.
