Excellent pizza with niche ingredients. The dough stays soft and not heavy on the palate. Easy to access, the minimalist, industrial atmosphere provides excellent, courteous, and friendly service. Affordable prices, and you can dine outside. Takeout is also available. I'll be back because I saw a delicious fried fish dish worth trying. Parking is available.

Pizzeria Il Tramonto is a true gem for lovers of authentic, wholesome pizza. I tried the Zucchina Summer and was completely won over by its fresh, innovative flavor. This specialty pizza, often off the menu but back by popular demand, combines crispy zucchini chips, grilled ham, buffalo mozzarella cream, and Philadelphia cheese for an irresistible summer twist. It's thin, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a perfect balance of fresh, creamy flavors that makes it unique and addictive. The place offers a familiar, relaxed atmosphere, perfect for an evening with friends or family, despite its simple decor. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and quick to serve, making the experience enjoyable from start to finish.

Great variety of pizzas, including vegetarian options. Unfortunately, the pizza isn't to my personal taste, even though the dough is excellent. Fast and friendly service.

My family and I went to dinner here, along with our one-year-old baby, and we had a great time. They accommodated our request for a high chair and even set out a plate and cup. Quality food and ingredients at good prices.

It probably wouldn't be an exaggeration to consider it the best pizzeria in the entire Biella area.

Very good food, generous portions. I had the seafood salad, which was really excellent, highly recommended.

The staff is incredibly kind, the pizza is excellent, even custom-made, and the dessert is amazing. We will definitely be back!!!
