Top food, quality dishes, the only thing that didn't drive me crazy was Fassona's joke, I've eaten better ones, the rest was delicious. applause goes to the desserts, we ordered an encore.
On the service...There were many of us and we certainly made a mess, but the waitresses seemed annoyed, I didn't like this very much...then for goodness' sake maybe it was just a bad day.

The tavern is about a 15-minute walk from Porta Nuova station and offers excellent quality typically Piedmontese cuisine. This was a great find as we were looking for somewhere to eat for lunch. We chose the "la sinoira" menu at 31 euros which includes a mixed starter with typical products, a first course and a dessert among those offered, an à la carte menu where the first course of the day was a splendid agnolotto with solid Bra and hazelnuts and a very soft pork cheek accompanied by tasty potatoes. We concluded with a salted caramel bonet and a dessert with chopped chocolate and passion fruit.

Excellent... nice atmosphere, reservations required (otherwise you risk having to wait). Compact menu, few dishes but effective. The idea of being able to order smaller versions of the original dish is brilliant. Typical traditional dishes, without many modern twists, but good! High quality raw meat. Very good pasta. The dessert menu is also truly complete. And all this for a price that, compared to the category of venue, is absolutely competitive, I could almost say low. If you have guests in town and want to make a good impression with local dishes, this is the place for you.

Capitata per caso, insegna timidamente accennata, quasi non capivo che era un ristorante
Ma l’istinto lo ha guidata
Cucina piemontese sincera e saporita ( ma non salata), porzioni più che adeguate, servizio discreto ma accogliere , attento e puntuale
Cucina pulita e ben tenuta ( dalla mia posizione si intravede bene)…. e non è poco!!!
Conto giusto e un gradevolissimo jazz in sottofondo

Sono stato in questo ristorante per due giorni di fila a pranzo su consiglio di un collega, quindi questa recensione è il risultato di due esperienze.
Cosa mi è piaciuto: le pietanze, ho assaggiato le acciughe (del cantabrico, ormai vengono tutte da quel mare) e il galletto un giorno, la tartare di Fassona l’altro giorno, purtroppo non ho potuto prendere il vino perché dovevo lavorare ma la scelta mi è sembrata davvero ampia.
Cosa è da migliorare: l’empatia verso il cliente, il personale mi è sembrato freddo anche se molto educato, un po’ di gentilezza in più farebbe meglio apprezzare il posto.
A parte questa considerazione si mangia davvero bene ma non è l’ unica cosa che conta.
Comunque da consigliare .
