Scannabue is undoubtedly a must-visit in Turin. ​The menu is outstanding from start to finish. The '2008' Vitello Tonnato was perfectly balanced, followed by superb Agnolotti del Plin elevated by the wonderfully rich Beurre de Bresse. The Braised Beef Cheek in Barbera was a standout—meltingly tender, deeply flavourful, and beautifully presented on mountain mashed potatoes. ​A particular highlight is their excellent and reasonably priced selection of wines by the glass. This allowed for flawless pairings throughout the meal: a structured Timorasso (Derthona) to start, an elegant Nebbiolo for the pasta, and a robust Barolo to complement the braised meat. ​Professional service, a welcoming atmosphere, and brilliant value for the quality of ingredients provided. Highly recommended.

The owner conveys her passion and love for her restaurant to her customers. The food is excellent, made with excellent, high-quality ingredients. Excellent food, perfect service, and a professional, knowledgeable, and extremely kind owner and staff, attentive to the needs of their guests. Definitely worth a try. We'll be back. 12/04/2026: Saturday, April 11, 2026, my husband's birthday dinner with our daughter. At Vale un Perù, we found much more than just a simple dinner: it was a true experience. Authentic flavors, well-prepared and carefully crafted dishes, in an atmosphere that allows you to escape the usual routine. The staff is friendly and attentive, and Mrs. Patricia is truly an added bonus: she guides you through your choices with passion and expertise. A place worth trying if you're craving something different in Turin. We'll definitely be back! Thanks to the entire team

18/02/2026: The best lunch break in Canavese! Located between Cuorgnè and Salto, at the base of the Orco and Soana Valleys, this is the perfect place for a weekday lunch. At Fratelli Rosselli 77, the food is divine and time seems to stand still (no need to rush): excellent quality dishes that transform a simple work break into a moment of true pleasure. The value for money is incredible; it's hard to find better in the area. Prestigious, seasonal, locally sourced, fresh, refined, and top-quality products and ingredients! But what makes the experience truly special is the location: an ancient setting, beautifully decorated with sublime antiques that create a warm, refined, and timeless atmosphere. A rare combination of excellent food and aesthetic beauty. Highly recommended!

The dishes were carefully crafted, with thoughtful combinations and presentation, and were unconventional, like the ocean appetizer, where the fish was transformed into surprising cubes, or the pork tenderloin with pears. Friendly service, a relaxing atmosphere, and a fair price. Well done!

18/04/2026: We had a great time here, the only downside was that they made us wait over an hour. The food was delicious, including desserts. The tiramisu was amazing, perfectly creamy, and the ladyfingers were dipped in coffee for just the right amount of time. I highly recommend going, but definitely avoid the weekend.
