The famous rose gnocchi, which I've heard about for years, are truly worthy of their reputation. Delicious! The meat melted in your mouth, and the dessert was a wonderful discovery! What can I say? An experience I absolutely must repeat!

A mountain restaurant serving excellent classic Piedmontese cuisine. The staff is attentive and helpful. There are two other dining rooms in addition to the main one. The noise level isn't excessive. A working fireplace creates a serene and convivial atmosphere.

Fixed menu lunch (38 euros) 5 very good starters, 2 excellent first courses, second course meat on the stone was decent, dessert tiramisu was excellent while I didn't like the panna cotta with berries very much, overall a nice place with good quality food, I will definitely return.

16/06/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance at 1:30 PM, and were greeted warmly but discreetly, which we greatly appreciated. The atmosphere is comfortable and very quiet, and the menu offers a good and balanced selection of local cuisine. The service is fast, attentive, and courteous. We were satisfied with everything we ordered, including the wine. Reasonably priced. Recommended.

06/08/2026: This was the best meal I had in Italy hands down. The pasta is to die for. 10/10. Restaurant is packed with locals too.
05/08/2026: A Turin restaurant now well-known even among tourists. Very good food and excellent service. The restaurant is quaint, with several rooms on two floors. Carefully prepared and original dishes. Excellent wine list.
