07/12/2025: We stayed at Borgo Sant'Anna and it was one of the most beautiful gastronomic experiences we've ever had—a perfect balance of signature cuisine, atmosphere, and attention to detail. As soon as we arrived, the hilly setting of the Langhe, the renovated hamlet, and the view of the vineyards immediately captivated us: an elegant and intimate place, capable of conveying peace and beauty. The service was attentive and discreet, yet warm and professional: you felt welcomed as if you were in a special home. The cuisine, under the guidance of chef Pasquale Làera, is a masterpiece—dishes that combine Langhe tradition with a creative and contemporary twist, carefully selected ingredients, and surprising pairings. Each course was an explosion of flavors, textures, and poetry: the passion and love for the land and the sea were clearly evident. The wine list is extensive and refined: perfect for accompanying each dish with the right depth and showcasing the terroir. In short: Borgo Sant’Anna is not “just” a restaurant, it’s an experience—highly recommended for those seeking excellent food, a refined yet welcoming atmosphere, and that feeling of being pampered in the best possible way.

01/12/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant and had a truly positive experience. We started with an excellent octopus and potato appetizer, prepared with fresh ingredients and beautifully balanced in flavor. Next, we enjoyed two pizzas with tomato base and buffalo mozzarella: light, well-cooked, and incredibly flavorful. We finished by sharing a delicious tiramisu. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff is extremely friendly, always attentive and helpful without being intrusive. A place you'll gladly return to.

13/12/2025: We were in Pinerolo to visit its cathedral. Nearby, we discovered this friendly restaurant where we ate very well, serving traditional dishes presented with class and taste. I plan to return. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I forgot to mention that the house wine was also excellent.

09/11/2025: First time in Val Grana. We went up for a unique Saturday in this beautiful valley with spectacular foliage. As we walked up to the Sanctuary, it was lunchtime when we noticed the sign for this fantastic inn. Patrizia welcomed us and cooked impeccably for us. Everything was delicious. She was friendly and very professional. Thank you, Patrizia. We will definitely be back. I forgot about the mountain-style decor and the priceless view. Excellent value. They make their own Castelmagno cheese, and you can buy it for yourself; it's delicious.

08/10/2025: A magnificent venue located at the top of the Grana Valley, at the foot of the San Magno sanctuary. In a familiar yet lush setting, you can enjoy excellent Castelmagno cheese and traditional dishes like the famous "Gnocchi al Castelmagno," all while enjoying impeccable service! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

17/10/2025: A real surprise! The service is truly excellent, it makes you feel at home. I ate a truly delicious and rich piadina. When I return to the Formazza Valley, it will be a pleasure to stop here.

13/11/2025: Pizzeria da Pietrino – Vignole Borbera An excellent pizzeria in every way. The service is impeccable: friendly, attentive, and perfectly timed. The pizzas are truly delicious, made with quality ingredients and always cooked to perfection. I chose a pizza with Kamut dough, which was truly light and flavorful. A unique plus is the option to choose between three sizes: regular, large, or extra-large. I chose the extra-large and was completely satisfied: generous, well-topped, and delicious. The atmosphere is simple yet welcoming, ideal for a pleasant dinner. Excellent value: you can eat very well for a reasonable price. An absolute guarantee in Vignole Borbera. Highly recommended!

07/12/2025: Trattoria Bel Deuit offers a clean, simple, and unpretentious atmosphere, just like the trattorias of old. The staff is extremely friendly, and the kitchen offers typical Turin dishes prepared with top-quality ingredients. The zabaglione to finish is a must: served hot, it's a true delight that alone is worth the visit! A sincere, authentic, and highly recommended place.

01/12/2025: Excellent place, small but cozy. Really good food. Since there are only a few seats, I recommend booking. Unfortunately, I didn't take many photos because I was too hungry 🤣

29/11/2025: Nothing special considering expectations, they are young, they will improve. Adequate appetizers, but first courses a bit dry, the fullness of the dishes could be improved, some dishes seemed reheated.

A good selection of local wines and friendly, always available service. Prices are reasonable for the quality offered. An excellent choice for those seeking authentic flavors and a genuine dinner.

24/11/2025: This gem of a restaurant is hidden just outside Canelli. Regional cuisine executed to perfection, attentive and very courteous service, an encyclopedic wine list with reasonable markups, and an excellent quality-price ratio.

18/11/2025: This year we returned to this restaurant, which has become a must-visit for us every fall. We once again found the familiar aromas, flavors, atmosphere, and friendliness. Delicious food, excellent wine, magnificent desserts—we always leave longing to return to try the things we unfortunately had to leave off the menu!
