28/11/2025: Sunday lunch, no instructions, we chose it out of kindness. And we were lucky, the place is really small but original and very intimate. We had a great time, the friendly staff makes you feel at home, Elisabetta is professional, very kind, she advises and helps you with your choices, excellent dishes and also beautiful to look at. 26/11/2025: Good, but... there's potential, but I also think there's plenty of room for improvement. We tried several dishes: ShuiJiao beef and curry, XiaoMai with Chianina beef, RC chicken and coconut, black bao, but of the ones I tried, I'd only recommend the duck ravioli and the pork and ginger ones. Personally, I'm more into classic flavors, which unfortunately they didn't have. Mochi with ice cream was okay, and the azuki pastry dessert was dry. The basic menu is black and white, a bit sparse, perhaps graphically. The service is okay.

20/11/2025: A great place for those who love dumplings and bao. The menu isn't extensive, but each dish is carefully prepared and truly delicious. During my last visit, I found the same quality as always: the pork and cabbage bao were soft and flavorful, the three-flavor shuijiao were perfectly balanced, and the Vietnamese rolls were just the right amount of crispy. The place is small and often crowded, making it difficult to navigate the tables, but the quiet atmosphere and friendly staff make the experience pleasant. Ultimately, a simple but reliable place, which I continue to happily recommend. 🥢✨

31/10/2025: If you want to eat really well without spending too much, this is the place! We went with the intention of trying both the fish and the pizza, and we were completely satisfied. We ordered: 1 small beer, 3 Cokes, 3 waters, 4 specialty pizzas, 1 portion of chiacchiere, 1 fritto misto (delicious!), and 2 Nutella chiacchiere—all for only €127. The pizza, cooked in a wood-fired oven, was simply exceptional: perfect dough and quality ingredients. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, without too much pretension, and the staff was friendly and helpful. In summary: excellent value, authentic cuisine, and a pleasant atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

26/10/2025: The restaurant is a large room with a wooden ceiling and an exposed wood-fired oven, behind a long counter. The place is well-kept and modern. The bathrooms, however, are small. Because it's a single room, the noise from people is deafening, not suitable for intimate or "quiet" dinners. The food is excellent. Fantastic pizza and very good desserts. The quality and price are extremely reasonable; they are truly honest.

16/07/2025: Este pequeño restaurante escondido en Rivalta a pocos km de La Morra y Verduno se convierte realmente en un restaurante favorito de la zona. Muy bueno el año pasado y sobresaliente este año. Elegimos el Meny por 45 euros. Empezamos con un triple antipasti con una bacala (a base de bacalao) como la gran sorpresa maravillosa , wow ! También los platos tradicionales como vittello tonnato y carne cruda (battuta dim fassone) eran de la mejor calidad. Las avellanas asadas en la carne cruda realmente hicieron la diferencia. Nuestro primi era un tajarin tradicional con ragu , pero con una presentación elegante poco tradicional y un sabor superior. Nuestro hijo amante de la pasta (22 de edad) estaba seguro de que esta era la mejor pasta que había probado. Secondo era un brassato guancia (mejilla de ternera) cocinado en Barolo. He tenido este curso muchas veces en Piemonte, pero nunca tan tierno como este, no se necesita cuchillo. Compartimos una sinfonía de todos sus postres. Todo encantador, pero su Tiramisu casero destaca como extraordinario. Como verdadero amante del vino también estoy impresionado con su selección de vinos. Quizás no la selección más grande, pero una muy buena selección de la mejor relación calidad-precio vinos y favoritos personales de la zona. Todos los vinos a un precio razonable. Elegimos una maravillosa barbera de la mejor cosecha 2021 , perfectt tempered (de la nevera de vinos) . Gracias al Sr. Emiliano Burlotto y a su talentoso equipo por un almuerzo extraordinario. Espero que volvamos pronto.

As soon as we arrived, the hilly setting of the Langhe, the renovated hamlet, and the view of the vineyards immediately captivated us: an elegant and intimate place, capable of conveying peace and beauty. The service was attentive and discreet, yet warm and professional: you felt welcomed as if you were in a special home. The cuisine, under the guidance of chef Pasquale Làera, is a masterpiece—dishes that combine Langhe tradition with a creative and contemporary twist, carefully selected ingredients, and surprising pairings. Each course was an explosion of flavors, textures, and poetry: the passion and love for the land and the sea were clearly evident. The wine list is extensive and refined: perfect for accompanying each dish with the right depth and showcasing the terroir. In short: Borgo Sant’Anna is not “just” a restaurant, it’s an experience—highly recommended for those seeking excellent food, a refined yet welcoming atmosphere, and that feeling of being pampered in the best possible way.
