I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and the experience was truly memorable, especially for seafood lovers. I started with a selection of the highest-quality raw fish: Sicilian purple shrimp, scampi, and the freshest sea urchins, with an intense yet delicate flavor. The care taken in selecting the ingredients was clearly evident. Among the hot dishes, the fried anchovies were perfect: crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, light and not at all greasy. The real star, however, was the baked turbot served on a bed of sweet potato. A surprising, well-balanced dish, where the flavors blended creatively without overpowering the quality of the fish. To finish on a sweet note, a dessert accompanied by passito wine and coffee, the perfect way to end the dinner. Overall, refined yet authentic cuisine, showcasing the seafood with technique and imagination. A highly recommended experience.

I've known this place for a long time and I'm happy to return whenever I can. They always manage to pleasantly surprise me. The tiramisu is a must-try.
