15/03/2025: A very beautiful farmhouse that takes you back in time. You are greeted by the owner with a smile at the door of the restaurant. His kindness and courtesy captivate you, he makes you feel at home. Excellent delicacies from appetizers to desserts. Recommended, excellent value for money. Beautiful day, even though the weather was rainy.

02/04/2025: Ristorante che frequento saltuariamente, quando sono con amici delle mie origini. Ai margini del centro storico di Pinerolo, in prossimità della chiesa di San Domenico. Cucina con qualche riminescenza sarda che viene dal proprietario. Comunque mi sembra che da una semplice trattoria di quelche tempo fa, oggi lo possiamo classificare come ristorantino di qualità. Prezzi non economici ma adeguati alla qualità

The Le Torri restaurant is a pearl of refinement and taste that deserves to be celebrated. From the entrée to the dessert, each course is a small work of art. The crispy fried anchovy appetizer, served with drops of aromatic oil, opens the meal with a perfectly balanced note between simplicity and flavour. The second tasting, a Russian salad revisited with confit tomato, surprises for its delicacy and harmony. 07/03/2025: Un luogo accogliente, colorato, ricco di sorprese a ogni angolo, dal bagno che invita al rispetto per l'ambiente, in modo simpatico e ironico, alla libreria dove si trovano libri da acquistare, alle magliette che inneggiano alla regina del locale, la polenta in tante versioni, ai soffitti, arricchiti da scacchi giganti, alle pareti ricche di oggetti originali e scritte spiritose, allo staff, giovane e accogliente, e al patron, un vero signore. E dopo questa immersione nel bello, arriva il cibo fatto di tante prelibatezze: una portata più buona dell'altra. D'obbligo ritornare perché tanti sono i piatti da gustare. E dulcis in fundo il conto, più che onesto!
