I struggle to judge dishes that claim to be original creations. I'd like to focus on a first course of homemade linguine with a red sauce combined with sun-dried tomatoes and arugula (now boiled), followed by a bland "almond dusting" that adds nothing to the originality of the dish itself. For my palate, it was unpalatable because it tasted like nothing. It's a shame because I appreciated the restaurant for the courtesy and attentiveness of the staff. The second course, for my wife, was also of high-quality Fassina tartare, beautifully presented.

Everything was perfect. Had a delicious meal from the à la carte menu on Sunday and immediately reserved again for Monday. 3-course menu for £30. Excellent. Friendly service and good house wine.

I had lunch with a couple of friend for the first time in this restaurant and I was nicely impressed by the atmosphere, the food was delicious and service very friendly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Found by chance while passing through Varallo Sesia. Excellent restaurant with attentive service, including the tableside preparation of tartare and bruschetta. Excellent food, truly recommended. One star less for the lack of air conditioning on a particularly muggy evening. Fair prices.

Restaurant outside Varallo, location of a "dated" restaurant—not in the old sense, but with an '80s vibe... not in a bad way... good and unique food, it's been a while since I've said, "Finally, a place that deserves it!" Very friendly staff, and the tartare was spectacular!

Delicious food, quality, presentation and style different from the restaurants in the area and it was an excellent meal. Grilled fish, ribs, vegetable salad and a delicious tiramisu dessert. Highly recommended, a little more expensive than the average in the area but definitely worth it.
