Excellent Indian cuisine, with menu options for all tastes and clear information about spiciness levels. Affordable prices in an elegant setting with pleasant background music.

Everything was truly delicious: the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the variety of food, the music, the kindness. A thousand different menus, large portions (except the lamb); I particularly love the mango chicken, the cheese naan, less so the butter naan, and the sweet gulab jamun (2 scoops). Excellent rice, samoosas that were never so good, Indian cheese with spinach or just spinach, lentils (not black ones), sautéed cabbage (served as a side with various dishes, such as the samoosas followed by the pakoras), ice cream, and the legendary seeds at the end! Also wines (Indian Kamasutra Shyrah, light, very sweet white Gewurztraminer) and Indian liqueurs. Excellent chapatis offered upon seating at the table with three dipping sauces: yogurt and mint, spicy mango, ginger, pepper, and unidentified berries, and tamarind. I didn't particularly enjoy the mango aperitif.

We had a great experience in a suitable environment where people respect low tones of voice even when they are in company.

The place is welcoming and not very noisy, the dishes are interesting, but the prices have definitely increased compared to the last time I came here for dinner.

Excellent food, a well-maintained restaurant, and very fast and friendly service, even on a busy Saturday. They offer a variety of adult menus starting at €25 and children's menus at €15, making it a family-friendly place. Parking isn't much in the area, so try to arrive early and find a spot on the street. Finally, the caramelized fennel bulbs, kindly offered to cleanse the palate, are excellent.

Excellent Indian cuisine with fresh, well-cooked food. We loved everything, the only downside being the moderately high prices. Going as a family of four can cost almost €100, including three shared main courses, two appetizers, a children's menu, and three cheese naans.

Ristorante Indiano Dawat

05/02/2026: A fantastic dining experience. There are three vegetarian menus to choose from. The food was divine. I've never had such good Indian food. I had a table near the open kitchen, so you can watch them make bread and various fried foods. I've never been to India, but I imagine it's like that. The service was very friendly and always smiling. A truly top-notch dinner!! Thank you so much!!
01/02/2026: Excellent Indian restaurant in the center of Turin. Very friendly staff. Traditional Indian dishes are well-prepared and served in generous portions. There's a wide selection of menus (including children's and vegetarian options) and à la carte options. Open kitchen. Average prices. Highly recommended.

Ristorante Indiano Gandhi

14/04/2026: I had dinner on a Saturday evening with my husband and another couple. The service was excellent, and despite the restaurant being busy, we didn't have to wait long for our food, and the staff was courteous and helpful. We chose four different menus, each with a different level of spiciness. I chose the spicy New Delhi, with chicken as the main ingredient. First, we were served Papadam (a fennel wafer similar to pane carasau), followed by the dishes from each menu. Finally, we were offered seeds as a digestif: a truly useful treat, given the generous portions! This type of cuisine is perfect for those who love spices and intense aromas. I personally love to experiment, and I was thrilled with this experience. The prices are reasonable compared to other options. I will definitely be back!
05/04/2026: Excellent food, beautiful and clean place, qualified and friendly staff, it was a wonderful experience. Namaste 🥰
