09/07/2025: I stumbled upon this place while looking for a restaurant in the center of Galatina. I must say that even following the directions on the map, it's not immediately visible. But what a spectacular place! I was enchanted by the 18th-century building that houses the restaurant, with its beautiful original mosaic floor! We loved both the ambiance and the service we received. The dishes we ordered were very carefully prepared, and special mention goes to the dessert: millefeuille with limoncello cream and almond crumble. Highly recommended. Well done to everyone, especially the kitchen!

12/07/2025: Un indizio è un indizio, due indizi sono una coincidenza...a quando il terzo indizio? Eravamo stati in questo ristorante esattamente due anni fa, stesso periodo. Incredibile ma vero...il tavolo prenotato è lo stesso!!! Pranzo in famiglia, con due bambini piccoli...per la prima volta proviamo il risotto con i go... eccezionale e cotto alla perfezione. Anguilla alla brace buonissima, così come lo spaghetto alle vongole, saporito e al dente. Il prezzo, considerato anche che siamo a Burano, è più che adeguato per servizio e qualità dei piatti. Ancora una volta la nota più piacevole è il personale: gentile, premuroso ma non ingessato, preparato e piacevole nel descrivere o consigliare i piatti... simpaticissimo con i bambini. Non cambiate mai! (soprattutto gli addetti alla sala)

09/07/2025: We had seen this restaurant on one of the travel shows and stopped in for lunch while in Burano. Food is authentic and freshly made - at least for the risottos. We ordered their house risotto and it was very good, though not plentiful for the price. We were told in advance it would take at least 25 minutes so we were advised to order starters - we declined and felt it was just a way to get us to order more food that we really didn't want for lunch. All in all food was good, but restaurant caters to tourists and we usually try to avoid tourist traps and try to follow the locals.

28/06/2025: Da Baffo is a sure thing in Palmanova if you want to eat well, in a comfortable environment and with friendly and prompt service. From pizza, to appetizers, to desserts, the portions are well-prepared and abundant. We brought a Croatian friend of ours to taste the local specialties and we were promptly satisfied. Excellent prices for the quality of the cuisine. Absolutely recommended 👍

17/07/2025: The outdoor space is beautiful. We sat indoors with the AC and were happy for it. The decor is a bit hodge lodge, and I wouldn’t recommend the place based on the inside ambience- BUT- who cares? It was a good temperature, not too noisy, and both the service and the food were great. I would recommend any go. And great value for the money. My family of four loved everything we got (except the house red wine- next time, we’ll just buy a bottle). The mixed antipasti- so good! The stuffed pasta in a ragu- we had to order a second- the simple grilled steak- tender and flavourful. The contient- spinach and potatoes- yep, perfect. The chicken? Exceeded our expectations. We were too full for dessert but I bet they’re all authentic and tasty and not too heavy, either. (Oh, one last thing, the olive oil they brought to the table was also very good quality and so tasty)

16/07/2025: Wonderful; memorable pasta dishes there include spaghetti à la vongole, and a seafood carbonara; the place is pretty, be it the courtyard or inside and it is above all both refined and laid back - a balance that us no mean feat.

29/06/2025: June 2025 Long and narrow place with seats outside. Good pizza (margherita). Bad experience, it took more than half an hour before someone came to order. Confused waiters.

03/07/2025: The fish is not bad, but a bit crafty ... in the sense that the menu does not correspond completely, let me explain: taken appetizer fan ok it says minimum for 2 price € 28, you have to specify it to me then that it is each when paying I find myself € 56 (more than a second course, come on too excessive), also because for € 28 I do not want to find scallop shell with other fish inside, poor tuna tartare and mussels so-so. And also fried imperial there should have been prawns, one prawn arrived ... like this it is not nice, I do not like these games, I did not complain because I will not return anyway

24/06/2025: We went to dinner tonight and we were surprised by the kindness, the cordiality and the good food that the leon d'oro offers! We started with a delicious fritto misto and continued with an excellent Neapolitan pizza! Congratulations, we will return soon!!!

09/07/2025: A charming place with a unique atmosphere, located a bit off the beaten track, away from the hustle and bustle. The incredibly friendly and helpful staff made us feel truly welcome. We fancied spaghetti carbonara—even though it wasn't on the menu, the waiter offered to have it prepared especially for us. This was very kind of them and demonstrates their great flexibility. The dish was prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients and tasted delicious. The entire visit left a very positive impression. We will definitely be back again soon. 😊

09/07/2025: A lunch for two was ruined by a sea bass cooked in salt that was clearly not fresh. We pointed this out to the staff, who, after a quick discussion, acknowledged the problem. However, incredibly, the price remained unchanged when the bill arrived. Beyond the disappointing dish, what weighed most was the lack of honesty: Normally, a restaurant or any place with even a modicum of "customer care" would offer a courtesy gesture beyond an apology. Besides, every time we were in the area, we chose this restaurant. The prices aren't low, but that's fine if the food lived up to expectations. Instead, we were left with fish that tasted stale and disrespectful treatment. Disappointed and bitter.

07/07/2025: Good restaurant overlooking the sea. The owner was very kind in making us move seats several times because it was impossible to sit outside due to the excessive heat. The atmosphere is a bit retro. The only negative note is the slightly high price in my opinion.
