A decades-old establishment in the Fondi area.
Now in its third generation, it recently renovated the dining rooms, creating spacious and well-appointed spaces, as well as intimate dining rooms with historic tables and chairs that create a cozy atmosphere.
Refined cuisine, with top-quality products.
The quality of the wide selection of meats, cooked on an open grill, is probably among the best.
Of all the large-space establishments, this is the best place to eat in the area.

Perhaps everyone knows the restaurant for its excellent meat and fish dishes, but few for its vegan cuisine. Yesterday, for the first time as a vegan, I felt appreciated and pampered. I thought I'd be eating, as usual, the classic pasta with tomato sauce, but instead I was delighted by chef Laura's wonderful creations.
Everything was delicious, starting with an appetizer of vegan egg, bresaola, cream cheese, assorted vegetables, eggplant boats, and a vegetable tart—an A+. I finished with a creamy dessert made with custard, dark chocolate chips, and cookie crumble.
Thanks to the staff and Laura for making me feel, for the first time as a vegan, not like a burden or a nuisance, but like someone to be surprised and pampered.

A traditional trattoria in the countryside near Fondi.
Excellent first courses, including wild asparagus given the season; chicory and cannellini bean soup—highly recommended; and wild boar cacciatore-style for the main course, along with artichokes and authentic, non-frozen French fries.
The restaurant is well-maintained but very large and a bit sparse, perhaps designed more for events.
Excellent value for money.

Beautiful location, beyond our expectations. We agreed on a set menu since there were 17 of us. We ate excellent food and drank excellent wines. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area.
