06/03/2026: My wife and I had the pleasure of lunch at Trattoria Borgo Antico in Civita Superiore di Bojano, and we can say without hesitation that it was one of the most sincere and surprising gastronomic experiences of recent times.
We began with a superb appetizer: a selection of top-quality cheeses, ricotta, and cured meats, all strictly organic. Authentic, clean flavors that express the region better than any words could. Each bite was a little journey through Molise tradition.
From one dish to the next, we were accompanied by the genuine warmth of the owner, Filindo, who, together with his son Giacomo, welcomed and pampered us as if we were family guests. A rare treat, made of attention, passion, and a constant smile.
