14/07/2025: Wandering around here on Google Maps, I noticed this osteria thanks to its reviews, and I took a chance: I was right. We were pleasantly surprised. The place is cute and welcoming, and the staff is truly kind and helpful. The waiter was very thoughtful in advising us not to order a second course, given the appetizer and first course, and indeed, with these two portions, we were satisfied. The bruschetta and bruschettas are a bit salty, but overall, it's highly recommended, especially the house appetizer and the seafood scialatielli!

10/06/2025: Nos detuvimos a cenar una noche mientras nos alojamos en la zona; fantástico. Ambos tuvimos platos a base de mariscos; ambos eran extremadamente frescos y sabrosos, algunos de los mejores que hemos probado en Italia. Los precios eran muy razonables, así como para la calidad de la comida. Sin duda recomiendo.

It never disappoints me; it's absolutely my first choice when I want to eat fish. ❤️ The place is spectacular, I don't even have the words to describe it!

07/07/2025: Great experience. Superlative food, sure the price is higher on average but I think it's worth it. Surely, if I were to return to Viareggio, I would like to return for a dinner and try other dishes on the menu even if it would be difficult not to try the tuna steak again, exquisite. Excellent service.

There were 5 of us, two plates of lemon mussels (they were two appetizers, but the quantity was like a second course 🔝) a mixed fried fish, a grilled fish, a mixed fried calamari and shrimp, mixed salad, two plates of chips, house white wine, 3 bottles of water, three Sicilian cannoli, a cassata and a dessert from the chef. Coffee €113.00. Friendly staff. Very characteristic place. We really had a great time. Thank you

20/06/2025: We went to this family-run restaurant on the recommendation of our hosts and we can say that it was a wonderful discovery. The fish was very fresh, cooked with great care and respect for tradition. The sarde a beccafico, in particular, were the best I have ever eaten in my life: a perfect balance of flavors, delicate but intense, simply unforgettable. The service was equally exceptional: kindness, cordiality and a warm welcome that made us feel at home. You can feel the authentic passion of the family that runs the restaurant, and the attention to detail makes the experience even more special. A genuine, sincere place, where good food and Sicilian hospitality meet in a perfect way. Highly recommended!

31/05/2025: A point of reference for several years. The pizza is very good although it is not my ideal type, the starters are excellent, especially the mozzarella in carrozza that I put in the photo. Fast service.

Abbiano conosciuto il titolare,Mario, persona estremamente gentile e davvero simpatico che ha improvvisato una tavolata di 10 in un attimo nonostante non avessimo prenotato. Fast and professional service with attention and friendliness that make you feel immediately at ease. Cuisine that offers interesting dishes in a choice that can satisfy every taste, respecting the different dietary regimes, and good quality products cooked and presented with mastery. Excellent desserts and choice of wines. Price proportionate to the class of the venue and the quality of the dishes. *********** Returned in June and confirmed the general quality of the venue: given the fifth star for merit! 🙂

10/05/2025: Beautiful restaurant, which I visited during the week for a business lunch. Spacious, airy, elegant, in "country chic" style (roof with exposed beams, large fireplace, super elegant mi en place, very attentive and reverent service). The menu is "simple" but the dishes are prepared with great care, professionalism and great experience. Venue suitable for any occasion, including parties and weddings.

30/06/2025: Very nice restaurant. Friendly service. As for the food, the pasta was incredible and the sauces truly delicious. All this on a quiet little street, away from the crowds and noise of downtown La Spezia.

28/06/2025: Interesting place. I recommend stopping by if you want to have a quiet dinner, with few people, and eat tasty seafood and meat dishes. I stopped there for a business dinner with colleagues. We didn't spend little, a little more than what was right in my opinion. The only unwelcome note was the rush we felt after dinner to have to leave. For the rest I recommend stopping by if you are in La Spezia!

25/06/2025: I had dinner at 19 Al Paradiso yesterday, Wednesday evening. The restaurant was full, the service was fast and friendly and the food was excellent, as usual. But my special compliments go to Flavia, the daughter of the owners. Every time I go I am pleasantly surprised by her skill. Over the months she seems to be taking the place of her parents more and more, and I must compliment her on her ability to welcome, to work at the cash register, to talk to customers, to bring dishes to the table, to set and clear the table and to resolve difficult situations with full lucidity. I hope that the new generations have even half of her desire to work. See you soon and congratulations to Maria and Vincenzo.

23/06/2025: Pleasant location and close to the sea, very attentive and precise staff, the menu includes both sea and land with a particular eye on Sardinian cuisine, excellent spaghetti with shellfish and crustaceans, fregola and very good grilled fish but also other things that I won't tell you, go and try...
