I discovered Sara's in the late 1990s... We were in the Conero area for work, and while wandering around the square, I glanced at it and said to my colleague, "Let's try it."
Since then, every time I've been to the area, I've never missed an appointment, only with my wife, then with one, then with two daughters.
And now, after missing ten, we can say it: Sara is always a guarantee.
The dishes are of the highest quality, the flavor is always the same, and the service is always top-notch.
I hope to be able to bring my grandchildren here one day.

Delicious meal! I ordered the spaghetti alle vongole and the grilled seafood plate. The seafood was very fresh and seasoned so well. I definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Sirolo.

Welcoming atmosphere, fresh, well-cooked fish. I ordered the tagliatelle with white fish sauce. The homemade pasta was excellent, the ingredients were high-quality, and the prices were reasonable.
The window creates a nice connection with the kitchen. I'll be back!
It's becoming my go-to place, a welcoming osteria-like place where I can come alone for the warm and respectful welcome.
The final bittersweet taste of the place was accompanied by samples of the delicious homemade yogurt donut.

When you're looking for a good seafood restaurant, you expect something like this, and here your expectations are definitely met.
The name speaks for itself. It's an osteria, so if you're looking for a fancy place, you won't go to Sara's. But if you want a nice selection of hot and cold appetizers, you can't go wrong here.
The service is courteous and fast, and the prices are perfectly in line with other local restaurants.

Our host recommended this place, but it didn't meet our expectations. The staff is certainly friendly and attentive to every request. We found the dishes a bit salty (the first courses, especially the gnocchi with stockfish, which is understandable, and the white sauce). The fresh tuna carpaccio was spectacular. What left us stunned was the walk through the kitchen, where acquaintances would sometimes stop to chat, before going to the bathroom located across the street from the square.
