We stayed in this magical place for just two nights, but it was enough to be amazed by the beauty of the place and the kindness and professionalism of the staff. The rooms were spotless and equipped with every comfort. The breakfast was superb, sweet and plentiful. Thank you so much!

We dined at Maria Tindara's inn on a scorching July evening, finding it a bit cool. The service was extremely courteous and the dishes delicious. The rabbit cacciatore and the chicken alla diavola were excellent. We'll be back to try the first courses.

The „Pomice“ dessert is spectacular

Had dinner with friends... the place is truly a garden of delights. We ate and drank well, but were enchanted by the location, which also lends itself to an after-dinner gin and tonic, surrounded by a lush botanical garden... truly top-notch.

Dining at Maria Tindara on Vulcano was one of the most enjoyable experiences of our holiday. You can immediately sense, both visually and in your mouth, that the dishes are prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, elegantly presented without losing touch with Aeolian tradition. The wide selection of local wines and the creative dessert options are noteworthy. The welcome was warm and professional, while the attentive yet unobtrusive service contributed to a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. You can sense the passion in every detail: from the choice of ingredients to the attention to detail, right down to the music and ambiance. This place is definitely worth a visit and represents one of the best gastronomic experiences on the island.

I learned about the "Maria Tindara" restaurant through a friend, whom I'm grateful for suggesting it for lunch. The atmosphere is serene, the location and service are excellent, and it's nestled in the greenery of Vulcano Piano. It offers high-quality products and creatively reinterpreted traditional Aeolian cuisine, from appetizers to unique desserts. The shuttle service from the port to the restaurant and vice versa is very convenient, and is included in the price.

We had lunch outdoors, in pleasant tranquility; the menu was sophisticated (though more in the description than the content). We tried a Vulcano pasta dish (you must really like garlic), a stuffed calamari dish (good, though a bit sweet due to the Malvasia), and a "pumice" dessert (very good), for €58.50 (including 1 bottle of water). The food was good, with attention to the ingredients and the plating, and a reasonable price.
